I have been through the drive thru twice this week. The food was good but my praise report is on the The lady running the drive thru she had the best personality. Customer service was an A+. I dont know her name but if you go thru the drive thru you will know when its her. Wendys give this lady a raise this is service done right and now a days this is very hard to find.

Today is February 9th I went here. My meal was nasty. I told her the fries was old old. They go and throw it back into the grease. I should have known better. When I got home they was nasty. I didn’t even eat them. I fed them to my dog because all they did was drop them back into the grease to heat them up. I used to work in fast food. I know these tricks I won’t be back. I will start going to Jack’s across the street

If I could give 10 stars for services I would! The entire staff at this location should be the model for Wendy’s. Worldwide, there’s never a time that I haven’t gone in and not been greeted with a smile. Asked how my day was serviced promptly.An order is always correct. Straight to the point workers are fixing food at this location with no gloves on and this isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed this being done at this location. Hopefully the owner will see this and address it asap before someone gets sick from this foolishness. Oh yeah won’t be going back anytime soon.

I haven’t even got out of my car yet but I just had an amazing experience at this location. The drive thru lady who took my order was absolutely delightful. Her customer service was as good as it can get. Customer service is horrible in this area so this was a HUGE breath of fresh air. I went late awhile back and it was the same way then to. My receipt says Gracie so if that is who was taking orders tonight she is a HUGE asset. Food was hot and I was there for like 5 minutes tops from start to finish. Thank you so much.
