I was ok until we dealt with this mean ticket agent..wheelchair passenger was not allowed to pre-boardbecause they did not request a wheelchair on ticket..she bitterly made these Hispanics afraid!
She went off on me and my family, so I enjoyed my meal instead!

This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The overall food was horrible .
The fish was greasy.
The chicken wasn’t even cooked on the inside.
The grits were cold.
The potatoes were undercooked.
The waffle was gummy and raw in the middle.
On top of the bad food, the service was just as disappointing. Our waitress, Marlene, did not make rounds to pass out waters — we waited over 10 minutes before even getting drinks, and one person out of our party of eight had already placed their full order before the rest of us even had water.
The restaurant itself wasn’t well-maintained either. Tables were not being cleaned between customers, which made the place feel messy and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, the manager was unhelpful at first and unwilling to work with us, which only added to the frustration. For a place that claims to have a good reputation, this was unacceptable from start to finish.
I would not recommend this location to anyone — avoid if possible.

I have been trying to go to this restaurant while I was in the Houston area, but didn’t get the chance to go to the one outside of the airport. I was pleasantly surprised. First of all, service, the cleanliness of the restaurant, the ease at which we could place an order. The food came out relatively fast. It was hot. It was very tasty. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu. She offered suggestions to which we took as you could tell from the pictures. Most times when you go to the airports, the food is not that good but like I said, this is a good exception You can look at the videos and pictures that I have included in this review to judge the food for yourself if you’re ever at the George Bush international airport in Houston, definitely go to this place. I did pass by where the other one is located in the city and by the length of the line the food there is awesome also

After ordering food I wasn’t offered anything to drink. I waited about 15mins and asked for water. I ordered the pancakes. They give you a small syrup and these big pancakes. I waited to be asked if I need anything and never was asked. So basically 2n a half of my breakfast was trash. About 10 customers have been feed and cashed out and she has yet to come to me.

I came in from El Paso for the Texas Charter School Conference and had been eyeing The Breakfast Klub after seeing it on TikTok — and I’m so glad I stopped by! The service was excellent, the food was amazing, and the front-of-house staff made us feel so welcomed, like we were part of the family. Definitely worth the visit — I’ll be back next time I’m in Houston!

Not too bad for an airport breakfast stop.
We enjoyed the BET as well as Pancakes. Good sized orders.

Devyn was an amazing welcome back to Texas. She greeted me within seconds of arriving to the bartop, immediately provided a menu, and checked back on me in a timely manner after i had browsed the menu. Devyn was very friendly, professional and efficient. I had artcar which is a wonderful local Houston beer. All staff was at attention and the menu seemed nice even though i did not order food. I cannot praise Devyn enough for her hospitality and dedication to service. I appreciate yall and keep up the great work.

Just ate here for the first time…Well tried to at least. Maybe it was my fault for ordering online but the bartender did not seem to have a problem with that. I was sitting next to the ticket station where orders come in and she read the order back to me. I ordered a Texas old fashioned and the breakfast klub burger at 5:55. I got my drink fairly quickly and she asked if I needed anything else. I asked for a water and it was brought back fairly quickly. I saw my burger in the window around 6:15 or so but no one grabbed it. Then next thing I know it’s 6:40 and its still sitting there. I ask how much longer and she says the food is right there but still does not grab it. Eventually, at 6:50 I had to ask for a refund of the burger. I would’ve understood the wait if it weren’t for the couple that sat down next to me, ordered a burger and fries as well, ate, and were out of there within 30 mins. I have never experienced anything like this before and Im so frustrated and confused by the situation. I just wish someone would have talked to me to let me know there would be an hour wait for food.
