I visited the McDonald’s at 3926 52nd St. in Kenosha, and overall the place was solid—clean dining area, fast food came out fresh, and the location runs like a well-oiled machine most of the time.
The only hiccup was with our drinks. A couple of them were missing, and at first the staff insisted they weren’t part of our order. After double-checking the receipt, they saw the mistake and corrected it. It got resolved, but it did create an unnecessary delay.
Still, the food was good and the place is managed well. A bit more attention to detail at the counter would take this location from good to great.

I came through the drive through on a Sunday night. The cashier did not have her hair tied back, which is a health violation, she also looked very intimidating with her neck tattoos. When I asked if she could put a few more buffalo sauces, with my order she said, “Tbh I don’t wanna walk over there” and closed the window. She also asked me several times for my order number, since she could not find it. Terrible service, if you ask me. To top it off, once I arrived home, one of the buffalo sauces had a hole that looked like someone punched a small knife through it. Not good. Food wise, the food was warm, but not something to wow you about. I thought I would get steaming hot food considering I waited over 10mins for my order to get out. The cashier lady seems like she hates her job and doesn’t even try to be nice to you. No desire to work at all. Do not come here unless if you want to wait long for your food and have rude customer service. ♀️

Service sucks per usual in Kenosha but it’s their job to ensure their employees do their jobs correctly.
I ask them in the drive thru to repeat the order back to me and he wouldn’t and of course they forgot something and I asked them if they can add the drink and I’d pay for it because they didn’t do what they were suppose to and she said no. I refused to go back into the line cause how ridiculous, it’s not my fault he didn’t do his job. They ended up processing the order for the drink but had us wait awhile in the pull up line.
Maybe your service and time would be more efficient if you didn’t have to correct mistakes made by simply adding and extra step and repeating the order back when the costumer asks you to, or just in general. This isn’t the first time they messed up either. We ordered a pick up order, took an hour and a half plus my husband waited another 30 mins there waiting for it then they forgot half our meal.

Delivery drivers beware! Morning crew especially difficult to work with, even on “slow” days. I was urged to “just abandon my delivery” because the service was so slow. The manager on duty had the audacity to report me for misconduct after rotating that another delivery driver had been waiting for 30+ minutes. Unprofessional and rude.

DONTAE is a horrible manager. Why hasn’t he been fired yet.. the guy is so rude, disrespectful, does not solve problems just creates more issues. Every-time I go here it’s always a problem when he’s working..He’s always trying to call the police or quick to cuss and yell at you.. He’s a horrible manager no people skills at all.

I wanted to pick up a quick lunch on the way back to the office. I have been craving my favorite thing at McDonald’s…. the Filet-O-Fish sandwich. It was delicious! I ordered it inside on the self-service board. Pretty cool. Fast and friendly service.
The men’s restroom was closed, so I had to use the one in Play Land. The good news was…. It was clean…. and so was the entire restaurant.
Overall it was a good experience.

The night manager DOUGLAS is a rude, old man! He has no respect, is constantly rude, and has no decency! I’ve reported him already, I’m a Dasher and I waited over TWENTY MINUTES in line of the drive through and parked around front because to him, “pull around” MEANS GOING THROUGH AGAIN! He yelled at me, threatened me, and withheld the order from me! It’s crazy how rude he is to me as a customer, but as a Dasher after months of seeing him?? It’s ridiculous!

Updated; Ordered thru the app today, month from my last review. I wasn’t paying attention to which one I ordered from as it just picks which one is closest to you. Got everything in my order, along with my Hot “Mocha” that was really warm cream. I really don’t understand why there is such a difference between this one and other locations. I thought maybe it wasnt mixed, so i stirred it, still just a cup of creamer. Seriously, is it that someone at this location forgets to hit a button or something? Genuinely just curious at this point. Also, your parking lot has more garbage then cars, at 730am I dont know how it can look that bad.

This is the closest one to my house and I only go there when I don’t have time to go to another one. 9 times out of 10 order is wrong or unfinished. Got 2 drinks this morning. One was a hot mocoa, which I knew was risky getting her as they almost never do it right. I get its an annoying drink cause you have to press buttons, wait, stir, wait some more. Got a nice hot cup of water with some chocolate syrup added in. This is the only mcdonald’s I go to that I end up with what tastes like a hot cup of creamer. Thankfully I got the nice staff today. They have so few of those.

I Just went through the drive-through and the girl taking orders was extremely rude. I simply said that I did not hear her and she snapped at me with the most vile tone I have ever heard from a service-worker. I am pretty shocked at the lack of professionalism.
