Unfortunately one time I got their braised meat in their fridge section and the next day I took it out of my fridge and I opened it – It had mold 🙁
1. Content in the bowl is so little like leftovers
2. meatball is still frozen inside… eww
3. Bean sprouts looks old & brown
I’d spend a few extra bucks and go somewhere else for decent pho. Ruined my day really..:(
They had a 15% off promo going on, which was great. They also had a bogo boba deal going on. You can pay with a credit card if you spend at least $10 for no charge. However, if you use a discovery or Amex card, they charge you a $1.50 fee.
I got in line, paid, waited a bit, and got my order. They use baguette bread and don’t use as much meat like in the past; it’s not as fulfilling when you eat 1. At least this location uses pate, unlike the other location I went to a few weeks ago. Out the door it cost $17 something.
They have a small parking lot, but it gets packed. People come and go quick though.
Great deal with the 20% off everything promotion right now, and my total came out to be about 12 bucks. Credit card accepted on tabs above $10, which was also appreciated. I would definitely come by for banh mi’s in the future!
On the Uber app, the menu was very confused.
They listed several categories that requires customer to selected. For example,
You need to select 4 different types noodles for your soup. Example: pho noodle, egg noodles, large vermicelli Noodle, or large Flat noodle. Then No spicy, medium spicy, or Very spicy. Then choose your own Veggies, however, for the veggies there is $.75 extra fee for bean sprout, onions , cola trời , Basil, cilantro. It’s supper confusing because I never see any Vietnamese restaurants requisite choose tbe noodles for the Beef Stew Soup, Phở, and Spicy Beef Noodle Soup (bun Bo hue) . They never asked customer to pick the vegetable for the special soup, which they should know what type of noodle supposed to go with what special noodle soup. They would never ask what type of vegetable to pick to eat with that special type of soup.
Because of the way they expected me to pick on their menu made me think they don’t provide bean sprout and I have to pick a type of noodle for each type of soup, so I paid more to get bean sprout to eat with the Bavitemsmse e eerof the bean sprout for my soups, and picked my own noodle.
At the time my food arrived, there was a bag of vegetable and beans sprout was packed along with each order of soup. No lemon to eat the beef stew soup . No utensils so how could we eat our soup?
The chicken wing came with a very very tiny cup of ranch.
The beef stew soup came with a lot of white radish and carrot. Very little beef and the soup tasted bad. It’s not even close to the traditional Vietnamese beef stew.
The Spicy Beef Noodle soup doesn’t smell and tasty like Bun Bo Hue and it’s not very spicy as requested. I’m a person who eat less salt and very less potassium but I still need to put a little Salt into the soup to make it taste a bit better. No tasted of shrimp sauce ingredient and cooked lemon grass inside the soup.
Pho soup doesn’t smell like the tradition Pho broth.
In concludes: its not worth it to buy the food here. No utensil to eat food if you are a traveler, not tastty, paid extra money to buy extra bean sprout for nothing.
