Blonde haired lady that appeared and sounded like a manager took our orders and was so rude and disrespectful. Also messed up out order. Gave us COLD food off the bar and threw it in a bad in a messy manner. And forgot our sides. Refused to give us drinks as she only rang up one instead of the 2 we requested. After walking away could literally over hear her talking to another employee about how “aggrivating” customers are and laughing about it. This is vy far the worst encounter ive had with this franchise and definitely this location.

My visit was 2/10/26 @10:28am. The food was good so the workers in the kitchen are not at fault for anything. The woman that took payment at the first window was very polite so thank you for that maam. However, the woman at the second window was so rude and nasty. She needs a class on how to talk to people because why do you hate your job so much lol.

I came to this location Sunday February 2,2025 @ 9:30 pm and ordered a Bo Berry biscuit with extra icen and an order of fries with extra seasoning I also ask for it to be fresh. When we were handed the Bo berry biscuits it was so heavy I thought they put 2 in there but I was wrong It was heavy because of the amount of icen they poured in the container not on the biscuit. Then I went to check my fries and the amount of seasoning they poured was outrageous. Yes I did ask for extra but this was the young teens or adults trying to be funny. It looked as if they took the top of the seasoning bottle and just dumped it in the bag.
For the icen to be off to the side and not even on the biscuit was just out of control.
None of it was fresh.
The customer service wasn’t polite and it’s like they were standing around gossiping.
I mean it was clumps of seasoning and it’s like they filled up the corner of the container with icen.
I have been to this location a few times but it’s been mornings or around lunch time and never had any issues. This night has canceled me from returning.

I went through the drive thru, asked fir 2 Chicken Supreme combos, large fries , no drink. Had to repeat my order 2x. Drove up to the window, same guy who took my order handed me 2 drinks, so I am thinking he’s just so used to giving drinks in a combo meal, so I let it slide. He handed me the food bag, I should have looked inside. Went I got home, not only did I have 2 drinks I didn’t want, I also had to chicken sandwiches, no Chicken Supreme tenders . I can understand the drinks, but completely different food , I mean chicken Supreme meal sounds nothing like chicken sandwich and I had told him what I wanted 3 x.

I had a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit and 2 Bo berry biscuits this morning and ate in. The restaurant was clean and had a good smell. All of the workers from the crew lead to thenrw hire were all professional, friendly and courteous. One customer spilled her drink after leaving the restaurant and returned requesting a replacement. They were all nice and understanding and replaced her drink for free. Before I left, I was asked if I enjoyed the food by one of the workers and they seemed to genuinely care about my answer. This is a model Bojangles restaurant and I will gladly give them my business.

Normally a great place. But today 9/14 at 3:45pm the front line had no food. Had to wait till they cooked it. It looked like they were getting ready to close. There were 9 cars in line outside.

Left an item of my combo out of my bag, didn’t realize it until I got to work. The biscuit was cold, lopsided, & nasty. The only good thing was that the staff was nice & the service was fast. Won’t be returning, though.

I haven’t ate here in over a year. This location never disappoints. 20 minute wait on chicken and all the drink machines are running water. People standing waiting on food, people leaving because nothing is available. And what time is it? 12:15 lunchtime. This location is the worst! After getting my meal the chicken cold and hard. This location can never seem to get its act together. One employee out back smoking a joint.
