Pizza was fine as usual but super disappointed with the arcade! Spent $50 and was 200 tickets shy of a Sonic lamp that he wanted. I spent $10 more and got the tickets. Then find out that the price on the lamp isn’t even right. I needed 1000 more! The lady couldn’t even honor it because the manager wasn’t there. Super disappointed with that. Cicis, do better.

I’m late… but do anyone remember this the manager of the broken Arrow location Danny he was amazing he personally came by each table. sat down and got to know the guest in the store he was very personable, he came by our table because it was the end of the shift. and ask a few questions we were picking each other brain about old Cici products, and he personally made me the Cici calazone called the FLIP!!!!!

I went to CiCi’s on Wednesday with my family and Andrew helped me out. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. He greeted everyone with a big smile and kept such a positive vibe the whole time. Super friendly, quick, and made sure everything was taken care of without me even asking. You can tell he actually enjoys his job, which made the visit way better than I expected. Shoutout to him for making the experience awesome! I’ll definitely be back!

I work at Lincoln CS and we cater in from Cici’s pizza at this location for the students. Luis delivers every Monday with wonderful customer service. He is very detailed to make sure everything is right with the orders and he is always kind and courteous. The pizza is always hot and delicious and the students love it! I’m sure the same customer service is at the restaurant location too!!

This was my first visit since they moved next door to the Walmart neighborhood market.
Much smaller, kinda hard to get to. I arrived two minutes after opening. Pizza wasn’t put out on the buffet table until 11:11 AM because all the employees were too busy commuting boxes of pizza in an assembly line fashion to the van parked outside the door to take to some local high school. I understand catering is the only way CiCi’s makes money these days but come on, you have to try to at least act like you care about the diners that take the time to drive to your store and step into it for service.
The variety was really bad. Only four or five different types of pizza and none were what I wanted: BBQ and supreme. I won’t be coming back to this location ever again. The 51st and Peoria location is a billion times better. Weird how there’s such a disconnect in quality from that location (which is a 5 star CiCi’s) to this one on Garnett.

My daugther and I enjoyed the place, the pizza is fresh and tasty. The place is smilar to chuck e cheese. The cashier guy was very friendly and accommodating. Surely we will visit again.

I love to take my kids here. The food is fairly good especially for the price, and it’s an all you can eat pizza, salad, dessert, and beverage. The kids love the game room. The games are easy to earn points on. The best part is they have awesome prizes for a reasonable amount of tickets. This place puts Chuck-E-Cheese to shame in every possible way.
