GREAT FOOD, GREAT VALUE, CHILI’S IS SO BACK BABY! We have been skeptical about these fast casual chains but we were there to celebrate Valentine’s Day, and the staff at this location handled the rush so well: the hostesses were working together to SEAT everyone FAST, BREE our server was so attentive with refills and checking on us, we loved her. The Triple Dipper and Fajitas for two were amazing, the kitchen staff were incredible to turn it out so fast and hot amid a rush. I don’t know about other Chili’s but this location has got it right.

I always feel truly valued at my Chili’s, thanks to their exceptional customer service and diverse menu! On Veterans Day, I’m especially grateful for the complimentary offerings. I enjoyed an Old Timer meal (sorry for the photo—I dove in before snapping a pic!). Being a retired USAF Veteran is a privilege, and I genuinely appreciate how they honor veterans. A special shout out to Shemira for making us feel special!

Our server, Lupe was absolutely incredible! I have a severe milk, protein and lactose allergy and she right away. Let me know that there was something else that I could have other than a salad with no dressing or a burger patty without a bun! I had one of the bowls and it was absolutely delicious with the citrus lime dressing!Lupe was absolutely incredible. The place was clean and the food came out fast. Everything was wonderful!

I forgot my waiters name but he was so great! I was there on Tuesday night around 6:30-7:30ish with my pet raccoon & we had a great time & amazing service. He is one of best servers I’ve ever had & id definitely make the drive just to get amazing service like that again!

$100 for 2 adults, 2 kids for food that was flavorless. The pre-frozen garlic bread was the best thing on any of our plates if that tells you anything. Stayed thirsty during our meal, was busy but almost seemed like no one worked there… finally was asked did I want a refill when we paid and were gathering our things to leave. How about I needed that to wash down the bland food we were trying to eat, nah!

Our server/bartender Heather was the absolute best! I have never had service at any chilis like I did with her. She was so wonderful with our kids and her martini was the best I’ve ever had! We will definitely be back when she’s there!

My family & I came in for a graduation dinner. ( 12 of us ) our server was Rude and had a very bad attitude. Completely forgot to take my Boyfriends order and never came back to get his order. So he ate chips and salsa. My food was a complete mess. Had to send back and ended up waiting 45mins to an hour. But the Manager!!!!! WAS GREAT!!! OUTSTANDING!!!! He made everything right. Going back just to see him !!!

Tonight we went for dinner , shout out to our server Micheal , he was awesome ! Very friendly, professional , very sweet and attentive. He made sure we had drinks and brought us refills without even asking

Food was great as usual , consistent .
we ordered our usual chips n salsa , southwestern egg rolls ,chicken shrimp fajitas and Ofcourse ended with chocolate molten cake .
Servers & staff at this location are very nice, service is great .overall atmosphere is great

Enjoyed the Tripple Dipper and Bone-In Wings here on a Friday night. Finished with the Molten Chocolate Cake, which was awesome. Service was quite slow. Our waiter was friendly and polite but the servers were messing up something or the other.

A friend of mine from work met up there and both had great meals. I had the Quesadilla Explosion Salad which is what I truly love and enjoy. It is burst of Explosion of chicken with black beans, corn, tortilla stripe and others things with a nice citrus vinaigrette dressing that is to live for. It has escaped my mind on what my friend ordered. The atmosphere could have been much better especially with the waiter. The waiter was not that vocal when it came to us asking for more napkins and treated us as if we were not even there. My friend and I had a nice sweet little conversation concerning our concerns with this waiter. Devin the manager was such a great listener and understanding and stated that he would take care of this.
Customer service has gone downhill these days, which is quite sad when it’s working with the public. This will not deter me from coming back to Chili’s to enjoy a great meal.
