We got one of their chocolate muffins over at Consciousness Coffee. It was delicious! Very moist, with a great balance of rich chocolate and sweetness.
The red lentil curry, roasted pepper hummus, and white bean and kale soup were all really good! It’s so nice to have healthy, veggie-based meals when I don’t feel like cooking or grocery shopping. Check them out!
