Placed a mobile app order to pick up after work on my way home. I drive 40 minutes home and find the burger was completely burnt and rock solid. I called the restaurant and was told I’d need to drive all the way back (1 hour and 20 minute roundtrip) for a refund or a replacement instead of doing so through the mobile app.

Nicer property. Exterior was well kept. Interior was clean enough for McDonald’s. Bathrooms were also clean. Staff was friendly and quick. Unfortunately my quarter pounder with cheese was medium rare. With foodborne illnesses traveling in our society a McDonald’s medium rare burger is just not going to cut it. As a previous McDonald’s manager, this is solely because the staff is not paying attention to the timers or trying to rush the product. It was not busy at all, so I am not sure why this decision was made.

I always have a great experience at this McDonald’s. The service is consistently friendly. Staff greet you with a smile and are quick to take your order. The restaurant is usually clean and well kept too. It’s a solid choice when you’re looking for something quick and familiar, and the welcoming atmosphere makes it even better.

This was not only the filthiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to but I think the filthiest restaurant, fast food or otherwise, I’ve seen in my life. Every table was dirty.. and I don’t mean a few crumbs or a stain or 2. I mean actual filth. The floor, the soda bar, counters… It was vial. Then the bathroom… An absolute disgrace for the employees, as I’m sure they must use it!! Shame on all of you. Gross. We left. Never again!!

The people that work here are actually incompetent. They will literally read your order to you and have it up on the screen and then forget what you ordered and argue with you about it after you’ve paid for it. They will lose your order to, in an empty drive thru line. But don’t worry they’ll try and give you someone else’s order, and they’ll even punch the inside of the window to demonstrate how frustrated they are. In short, if you want your food made by the bottom of the fast food line come here. Hell they’ll put mayo and pickles on your breakfast when it’s obviously not on the sandwich. I really wonder what else they’re doing to the food

Bad design. Stop for breakfast was inside 10min was stuck in the parking lot for 25min due to delivery truck blocking me in. Only Got out when the car beside me left or would of be then longer . Won’t be back becareful when parking

I have eaten here many times over the past year. Its a really good location. The night crew is particularly great! The night manager on Tuesdays is always top notch! He is professional, polite and all around great! At my most recent visit he let me know there would be a two minute extra wait because they wanted my food fresh. And when I got my food he even warned me that the fries are very hot since they were just finished.
