This has now become an issue every time I go. The food is incorrect, hard shells look like they’ve been sitting out all day, and bad attitude. I understand having a hard day but the unprofessionalism is ridiculous. Getting attitude because I asked for sauce. Waiting for 15-20 minutes at the window for my food for it to be soggy. To Kaitlyn M. The cashier get a different job since you seem to hate yours so much. Team members need to be coached on professionalism, costumer service, and quality of food. Do better.

I got the combo, the new combo with the crispy chicken and the chicken is cold as ice. I’m pretty sure there’s a temperature that should probably be maintained or something like that. And you can barely hear the whole girl at the counter.The speaker’s garbage at the drive through. At least the tacos and the fries were warm.

I normally go out of my way to go to this location because it’s better. This is the first time it’s really ticked me off. I got a breakfast meal. Crunchwrap, coffee, hashbrown. When I pulled up I saw her using the soda machine with my coffee. It confused me… I got coffee. She watered down my coffee! I was watching her ADD WATER TO MY COFFEE!!! What the heck, dude!? I did a mobile order ahead of time. You could have brewed more when you got the order. The color is white as a ghost and it tastes like plain water with a little coffee in it. I can’t even drink it. Don’t think I’ll be going out of my way for this location for a while. And the crunch wrap has gotten significantly smaller.

They seriously need to hire more people. There is hardly ever anyone up front to greet or take orders. Went through the drive through for a mobile order and had items missing. Came around to the lobby and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come out of the kitchen to even get acknowledged.

I ordered food from here yeah it’s late I used grub hub but this is straight disrespectful. Who ever prepared this order is so ridiculous. Idk what goes on there but if I am a customer, that mean i contribute to your sallay.and this is what your sever me. I mean I don’t expect top quality food, but gawd damm. Taco Bell, be so for real. Embarrassingly, bad service. All I can say is if you want Taco Bell do not come to this location not only will they get your order wrong. They will treat you bad every single time.. I came in on a Sunday night with a mobile order. Was told they are too busy to place a second order and that I should go back around. If that’s not top-tier service, I don’t know what is… lol. The other Taco Bell @ Center place is just as bad so honestly, I don’t know we need a new Taco Bell.

We ordered for dinner on a Friday and was absolutely appalled by what we received. The Beefy 5 layer burrito and crunchwrap had basically no meat in it. So disappointed. We don’t usually have problems with taco bell but this time our food experience was horrible. Can someone tell me what they use to measure how much meat to put in because this is absolutely unacceptable.

I order a few items off the menu and didn’t get anything I ordered, went back through the line to let them know not only did I not receive my full order. It was missing quite a bit of stuff but the tacos. The hardshell tacos were all cracked all broken. They just put whatever they want in the bag to send you off your way

Ordered ahead and after arriving I had to wait for over 45 minutes to get my food. Other people also were not getting their food inside and we all kept asking staff where our food was but they had no answer. The drive through line was moving the whole time we waited but they wouldn’t help anyone inside the store. After finally getting our food the crunchy tacos only had lettuce and burrito was not wrapped and smashed into the bottom of the bag.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla meal and another chicken quesadilla tonight in the drive thru. I got my food and went to the parking lot to check it to make sure it was right. One of the quesadillas didn’t have chicken on it at all. So I drove back up and asked if I could get it fixed. Then I get the food and go to the parking lot to check it again. In this bag is TWO more quesadillas with only creamy jalapeño sauce and cheese. NO CHICKEN! At this point I had been there over 40 minutes and there was a line again(the lobby is closed) so I just went home. Absolutely ridiculous. I now have FOUR quesadillas and only ONE with chicken. Will not be going back.
