Customer service here is spot-on, and the cashier was extremely helpful. My food on the other hand, was very mediocre, quality tasted like it could’ve been made out of a gas station, like Krispy Krunch. My waffle fries could’ve been cooked a little longer, texture was a bit grainy, and my chicken sandwich was good but didn’t hit the spot like it used to.
I spent around $13 for a meal, which isn’t too bad compared to their neighbor (Five Guys). I don’t usually eat at Chick-Fil-A, and never had any issues in the past. They’re good, but comparable to gas station food. Customer service and their sauces is what makes chick-fil- a special.

Chick-fil-A always does a good job we love their chicken, fries, shakes, and sauces! The app makes it super simple to order ahead and get a quick pickup. We love their rewards! The staff are always friendly and efficient as well.

Check your fries before you leave. Especially if you live 25 minutes away like i do… every thing else is fine. Supposed to be a medium but is less than small with bottom of the heat lamps crumbs.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced at any ChickfilA. Sat at the drive through menu stop for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. Had to holler HELLO and Jose finally answered. Car in front of us has a big order so we sat for 8 minutes waiting on them instead of the window lady asking them to pull up. She must have known them because they were chatting the entire time. To no surprise it took us less than a minute to complete our transaction and get our food because it was sitting there ready.
This was really disappointing considering there were only three cars at the restaurant. I can’t imagine how horribly they would handle a rush.

I don’t typically eat fast food but decided to give Chick Fil A a try since they have so much hype. I’m not sure about all locations but I’ve been to this location a few times now and each time was good. Service was quick, food tasted fresh, the restaurant has plenty seating, and was clean. I LOVE their sweet tea, chicken strips are larger, waffles fries some of the best, and the Mac & cheese with bacon was delicious.

Hype…spicy Sando was flat and tasted like it was ready an hour before I ordered it. My wifes std Sando was thicker, hot and delicious. Need to work out what goes on the tray. Cashiers less than stellar and could use charm school. Got slammed with an extra sandwich and fries.

This was are first timeat Chick-fil-A. We did enjoy the food. The food, service, and atmosphere was great. Why might I say that. Hears why because they bought your food like at a restaurant and not like we were at a fast food. I also noticed that they had a play place for kiddo’s. Another plus is that everything on the menu is what you expect it to be “(not 20 other things besides what should be on there)”GOOD JOB CHICK-FIL-A. You could sit there and talk and hear your self so it wasn’t to loud. Nice and and the staff was friendly. Brought you your food right away while hot. The milkshakes are good and thig the way they should be.

Shrink flation has definitely hit Chick-fil-A. So be prepared to pay a lot for a little. Will not be going back there again anytime soon.

This is the only fil A where I must check my order before I pull off. They miss dressings, salad sides etc 25% of the time. Uber eats orders have never been 100% right. Today no tortilla strips with the salad, wrong drink. Most times I haven’t submitted for a refund but today I did. The training and standards in this location seem to lack compared to others (still above average for fastfood).
