Every time I go to Jack in The box doesn’t matter where it’s at. I always order extra lettuce and I make an emphasis extra lettuce extra lettuce extra lettuce and they charged me for it and yet I still leave with no extra lettuce. I don’t want to be a Karen and take back the tacos and cause a scene over shredded lettuce. But if you’re going to charge people extra, at least execute it properly.do better

Always give excellent customer service and the food is always fresh. I have been here many times and service has been great since day one. I’ll go as early as 4 AM and as late as 5 PM or later and have never had a problem. I’m very impressed and thankful

Never open in the morning lobby always closed at 6:22am even though is says 6am. And bright sunlight. Very inconvenient for uber orders. Ughh.

You hire little kid to do grown-up things they clearly can’t do.
I ordered two chicken Fajita sandwich and I get the bread all thorn in pieces. They new this because they put in two forks so I can eat it like a salad. If I’d wanted a salad I would have got one. This is just Unacceptable.
Jack in the box needs to do a better job in hiring capable workers that can do a simple job. If need provide helmets to one ones that need it.
This order should not have been passed out to anyone.

Graveyard Shift
Was only ordering onion rings… Onion rings! Now, I can deal with a 10-15 monute drive thru wait, that is, if it’s worth the wait. The only reason it was given 2 stars was because the girl at the window was friendly. My favorite item on the menuis now utter grossness to me. If I’m going to wait that long, I don’t expect two clumps of something that kind of resembles three day old refried thrice onion globs. Maybe they are training the new fryer person?!

The staff member named letty was super unprofessional I asked for the frie maker to replace the gloves she had on cause she was a little too unsanitary with wiping down the counter which bare gloves and the letty person got hella funky attitude change personnel to a more cleaner mindset and more of an understanding get them two outta there if I get any kind of food poisoning as result of her incompetence and negligence I will be taking it further

I want to drive through n it was awesome very friendly, patient , and very attractive young woman greeted us and even allowed me to pay in quarters. She got out food correct even after we changed it a few times, and was kind to us the entire time. Thank u to her u deserve a raise.
