I am a mother of three young children and rely on the drive-thru so I do not have to unload all of my children on my own. Unfortunately, an employee named Kaily, who frequently takes my orders, consistently asks me to pull to the side door so that her drive-thru time does not run too long. This results in me waiting an extremely long time for my food. This has happened every single time she is working, whether I place an online order or order directly at the drive-thru.
In addition to the excessive wait times, my orders are often incomplete. Items such as sauces that I specifically request and am charged for are frequently missing. This has caused me to feel as though my money is being wasted and that I am being taken advantage of as a customer.
Today’s experience was the final straw. I initially refused to pull to the side door until I was pressured to do so. I then had to get out of my car, only to discover that my order was already ready. At that point, the employee confronted me and stated, “My manager is right there, talk to her if you need to.” To make matters worse, I was given an old burger, apparently assuming I would not notice. Thankfully, I did notice before eating it.
This pattern of behavior reflects poor customer service, lack of accountability, and serious concerns regarding food quality and safety. If I could give this location zero stars, I would.
I respectfully ask that Jack in the Box review the conduct of this employee and the overall quality of service at this location. Customers should not feel rushed, dismissed, or unsafe when receiving their food. Please ensure that employees are properly trained and that customers are treated with care and respect.
