The day we ordered here to be fair they only seemed to have two people working and their hate for their job shown. We all had chicken sandwiches. Mine was not super hot like everyone else’s. My family had to blow theirs just to eat them. Mine was nasty tasting and as I ate into a thicker part of the chicken it was hard to bit and the taste and texture gotten worse. My husband couldn’t believe it so he took a bite too. Yep, the chicken wasn’t even cooked. It was as if they throw it in the grease and took it out fast. I did get sick a few hours later and kept the quarter of the sandwich in the freezer just in case I gotten deathly ill. Cutting corners is not good. Make sure your meat is cooked before eating. It wasn’t worth the stomach pain and can be deadly to mothers pregnant.

I am in the Wendy’s drive-thru I ordered two four-piece meals. The person doing the drive-thru was so polite to me and she was very informative very helpful I couldn’t believe it I never had anybody at a drive-thru be so polite that it made me want to give them a good review so that’s what I’m doing right now and I am including this employee’s name in this review so you’ll know exactly who I’m talking about. Janyla And the cashier named Pandora was very helpful when I asked about who was running the drive-thru so I should mention her in this review too

This restaurant has messed up my order seven times in the past four months. Every time I order a classic chicken sandwich with bacon only for my fiancé, they either don’t add the bacon at all, or they add everything but bacon. They added cheese to it twice, which my fiancé is allergic to.

Workers attitudes are terrible, we’re waiting at the window because the drive thru workers FORGOT the sauce and as were trying to ask the young girl at the window for sauce for the sauce she smartly says “WHAT” as if we’re bothering her. The one taking the order doesn’t sound like she even wants to be at work. Food is hot/fresh though.

Horrible drive thru service, the cashier yelled and cursed at me simply because I misunderstood her and asked if they had honey packets instead of honey mustard. Totally unacceptable behavior and I hope this is one of the stores that Wendy’s is closing down, they deserve it because of the actions of that cashier.

This restaurant is absolutely disgusting. The manager “Markeisha” is very unprofessional. My family and I ordered food and once I received my drink which was a sweet tea. It tasted unsweet. I informed the cashier that the sweet tea was unsweet. She told the manager and the manager said “Well did they brush their teeth, because I just made the tea.” She didn’t realize the drive thru window was slightly open and we could hear her. That is very unprofessional and rude. What a disgusting comment to make. The store manager should consider finding better employees.

They told me they were only accepting dooor dash 30 minutes before closing and I was not able to order any food and I have To drive 30 minutes just to nearest fast food to to eat on my long shift.
