Self order station, ordered chili. Comes with bread. Decent service AFTER self-paying. Desserts look good. However, looks like they were sitting under the heatlamp all day. Bread was cold and hard. Nice clean eating area. Customers were friendly. Free parking next to movie theater. Prices were reasonable.

I have the sips club but was informed this is a test marketing site. The refreshers they are testing are NOT included in the sips club! I was informed I could only get $2 off a refresher frisca where as the original energy lemonade is what made me purchase the sips club rewards to begin with! So what’s the point in being a sips club rewards member if the drinks i drink are no longer part of it? Panera why was there no communication of this change?
Extremely disappointed in this specific change and location.
Also noted they had two loaves of burnt bread displayed for sale and I walked back inside to take a picture just to show you!

I don’t know how this location stays open. Every time they seal my to-go order and mark off that everything is in the back. And EVERY single time I get home with multiple items missing. Ordered a small meal again tonight, figuring the smaller it is, the less they can get wrong… nope, got no dressing, no cookie, no fruit cup. I was missing more items than were in the bag.
Showing frustration here as this isn’t the second or third time we’ve reported this. It’s the fourth. The food is great otherwise, and the location itself is somewhat clean and not too busy.

Proportions are really bad for this sandwich! No meat is on here! So growse and a waste of money! I paid for a chicken sandwich! Not cheese bread! They didn’t even remake it right after I asked them too! Never coming back! Paid for a bowl of soup and it was half a bowl! Greedy proportions! Very sad given paneras goal to provide fresh quality food!

Location was busy during lunch as you would expect, it was hard to find a table . But thats not really what peeved me ,it was the decorum of the employee running the register and the manager as well …. very low class . I was about to purchase our food and she informed me we needed a code for the restroom without even giving me the chance to order … My wife is disabled and was waiting for them to decide whether or not to give us the code for their restroom while we were in the midst of ordering food . I think honestly and truly if you are disabled and thinking about stopping there , I would strongly discourage you from it . Truly felt very unappreciated as a customer . Do better Panera, do better

This is on the Thompson lane, right behind Regal 27 theater. Excellent customer service, clean and well kept place.
Great food, wonderful, quick and friendly service.
It lives up to the expectation of dining at Panera.
Highly recommend this place and would definitely come back.
Only flip side is the condiments – salt, pepper, butter could have been kept reachable or handy.

It’s a controversial subject to some, but it is simple to me. If I come to a restaurant and need to use the restroom, let me use the restroom. I don’t have a problem with a code being on the door, but I shouldn’t be told to order first before getting a code. I am one of the many older people coming to a restaurant with a weaker bladder, and the last thing anyone needs is to wait for an employee to feel like showing respect to their customers. I had to use the bathroom badly, and this was what I was met with. I hope this complaint gets the visibility needed to change the disrespectful climate at this particular Panera Bread. This the only store that I have encountered practicing this protocol.

I went in and ordered an iced coffee. After filling my cup and adding cream, I looked around for sugar-free sweetener packets (like usual at my local panera location). Couldn’t find any, so I asked an employee. The younger guy with curly brown hair immediately hit me with the fake-sympathy “oh no, im so sorry we don’tttt” answer. The speed of response made it very obvious he didn’t even register what I asked, and just brushed me off. Also, 9 times out of 10 most places have sugar free packets. He didn’t even bother to check or offer any other options.
So I just said “oh it’s fine” and was just planned on leaving with unsweetened coffee. Then on my way out, I spotted the hot coffee bar… fully stocked with Stevia, Splenda, and sugar-free sweeteners. Exactly what I asked about.
All it would’ve taken was actually listening for two seconds and pointing me in the right direction. Instead, I left feeling like I got brushed off with mediocre service.

Out of 2 breads I like.
Was given wrong sandwich. Asked for a warm sandwich was given a cold sandwich. Got sandwich replaced with right sandwich and asked for it warm and got a cold sandwich again.
There was a hair in my salad.
The water spout atthe soda fountain didn’t work so I got a sprite I didn’t want needed something to drink and they were really struggling to get the food right figured I wouldn’t ask for miracles on fixing the water in a timely manner.
If water was working, sandwich was warm, and there was no hair in my salad. I would of given 5 stars. Food taste good it was just cold.
