Always have the best experience here. They have the best hostess and they’re always on a hustle. That environment is so positive and welcoming! Kids love it!! Our server every time we go is always amazing. I wanna thank a in particular server though, her name is Alyssa. She is a really good server she always made she we had our cups filled up and checked in on us to make sure we were doing okay. She is really caring and so are all the other staff here. Very good environment and I definitely will be visiting again!

Went for our usual Sunday date and for sat with Andrea! Andrea is one of the best servers EVER! She was so attentive to us and her other tables and is the sweetest girl ever! Service was wonderful and food was great! Definitely will be back to keep our Sunday dates going!!!

My best friend and I went to Chilis last night and we were trying to order a dish we saw on Instagram. Loaded Boneless wings to be specific, it’s not a menu item, however our server Macy made sure we got what we were wanting! She was extremely attentive and friendly. The service was amazing. It’s not everyday you get great service but that’s definitely what we got with Macy!

Website overcharges for tip for carryout, when they don’t carry it out to you, plus order was wrong, mostly inedible and just threw it away. Fajitas were disgusting, hair in the queso, old tortillas, charged me for bacon on my burger but there was none. I paid $60+ dollars and didn’t get anything worth eating unless u enjoy food with someone’s hair in it.
And I stood there at counter being ignored. waiting for my food for > 5 minutes after it was already 10 minutes after stated time.
I will never prepay here again.

Food 4/5: The Tennessee Heat chicken crisper are really good. The mac n cheese is basically a soup. The burger isn’t anything special.
Service 4.5/5: Our waiter was great; brought refills without us having to ask. Food came promptly and hot. Our table was a little overwhelmed with empty plates from the appetizers but we managed.
Atmosphere 5/5: The whole place was clean and enjoyable.

Way too expensive, 76 for 3 people, all cheaper menu items hiuse salad was small and sad. Out of mushrooms 76 for 2 orders chicken crisps and and beef cut no mushrooms.

As usual, my steak was great. Unfortunately, my husband’s chicken was not even warm. The service was good, but this was their last chance. We won’t be going back unless they get a new management. We told them the food was not warm. The server said they could re cook his meal. I told them that this was not the first time, and unfortunately, it would be the last time. Unless there is a major change in management, we will not go back to the Chili’s in Granbury.

Fast location even while busy. The staff is friendly and the food cooked exactly as ordered for a fair price. Bacon is deliciously crispy and the fries damn hot. Chili’s really stepped it’s game up in recent times with drink strength too. Two meal deal for 25 includes an app, 2 entrees and a desert to share. Can’t really beat that for a quick little date.

Every Saturday night we go to the skating ring. After the skating ring I take my two little ones and we go to Chili’s Teagan is always our waitress and she always does a fantastic job. She keeps drinks full and makes sure if there’s anything we need she’s there. Five stars for her for sure!

Everytime I go there they nearly kill my friend. She is allergic to black pepper and we tell them that Everytime And Everytime we have to send the food back but the word thing is it seems like there is extra black pepper on it. I am never eating here again. One of these days this restruant will kill someone because they don’t take being allergic to something seriously. And when we tell them to fix it they get nasty with us.
