While it wasn’t inedible or anything, there was nothing that stood out and only things that we disliked. For one, the chicken fajitas had a char on them so much to the point that most bites tasted like burnt. The other issue was with the fajita vegetables. For whatever reason, they decided to use 98% onions and 2% green peppers for their fajita vegetables. The rice, pico, and cheese wasn’t very flavorful. The chips lacked any salt whatsoever. The flour tortillas we got were said to be fresh tortillas, but I am suspicious about that.
If you eat here, you probably won’t hate it, but you definitely won’t be blown away either!
They have a massive menu and massive drink selection/cocktails including no alcohol options.
One thing that caught me off guard were the little kids/children working, like an 8-10 year old little girl sat me at my table, while my server was an older woman, several times a 12-ish year old boy asked if I needed anything else. That’s a first for me, there were lots of little kids working here, all seemingly family apparently. Just an interesting thing to see.
Good experience, huge place. Very popular.
The value is unbeatable: they immediately start you off with bottomless chips and what I think is the most delicious salsa you could ever taste. The main course is truly a feast—the portions are huge, and I almost always have a scrumptious meal to take home.
The staff is always friendly, and I enjoy supporting a family-based business. Don’t skip dessert! They offer the perfect little sweet treat to end the meal. Highly recommend for the food, the portions, and the wonderful atmosphere!
The music was a bit loud and there were some rowdy patrons enjoying their own meals. However, the waitress was pleasant, friendly, helpful and accommodating.
The place was very clean in both the dining areas and restrooms.
We did not experience much of a wait for our food once we ordered. Everyone in our group said that was a very satisfying meal, no one left still feeling hungry.
If you enjoy Mexican food or just want to try something different, I definitely recommend eating here.
I ordered steak jalapeño special of day and the meat was tasting weird, leathery and chewy, and absolutely bland. It also had a grayish color to it which I don’t know why!
I stopped eating after a couple of bites.
We also had another dish which was veggie. Tasted good but it was so greasy. Based on experience, Mexican food should be hot and spicy but there were no spice to the food other than the jalapeño they added and also charged for that tiny bit!!!
No hot sauces on table.
It took us ages to order and get the order. And after getting the food we were not asked if we need anything else.
After I let the lady know that my food is bad, they returned to me almost 15 minutes later and asked me if they can offer anything instead!
Portion was just ok and price was relatively high. I’m not sure if yesterday was their bad day or just my luck!
I would probably not be back in WY anytime soon but I think it’s good to have it here for others to know.
The gentleman was very polite though but definitely place needs a round of more professional ppl to serve food. I wish them good luck!
