This review is long past due! I recently moved to El Reno, OK, and I just want to say how impressed I am with this Sonic. I’ve been to at least 15 different Sonics over the past decade, and honestly none of them compare to this one. At many other locations, something was wrong with my order most of the time. But I’ve been to this El Reno Sonic eight times in the past two months, and every single visit has been perfect. The food is always right, fresh, and exactly what I ordered. It’s clear the staff takes pride in what they do, and it really shows. Thank you for consistently great service — it’s very appreciated. Shout out to the guy from Arizona or New Mexico-great customer service!

I got 2 drinks- a water and a dr pepper- both tasted TERRIBLE! And the cups smelled weird kind of like old grease. I should’ve just waited until I got to Hinton their sonic is so much better.

Everytime I stop by this sonic I always have a great experience. The customer service is always welcoming and friendly. My food comes out fairly quick and as well as my drinks tastes great. I overall just have had great experiences at this location and continue to visit.

I have given this place a chance way more times than I should have. They are always slow. They are never polite. They have never gotten my order right and I WISH that I was exaggerating about that. Gave them another shot today. I had to order my food THREE times and they still did not get any thing right and what I did get was obviously old. I’m very disappointed. I just moved here and was excited there was a sonic but now I’ll make sure every one knows not to go here.

I ordered a large chili cheese fry With extra chili and a medium mozzarella stick the mozzarella sticks weren’t fresh the large chili cheese fry Was supposed to have extra chili and it did not, and it was all dried up and clump together and cold sonic you guys need to do better especially for the price that we have to pay. That was the nastiest food I’ve had in a while.

I will always be proud of my towns sonic! They have become a cornerstone in our community here in El Reno.
Today I ordered through the app and got
3 wraps
3 cheeseburgers
2 floats
Everything went smoothly through the app. Pulled into the stall checked in and had my food within 3 minutes which was awesome because they only had 1 or 2 stalls empty. Samantha was my carhop and she brought out the food with a smile. I started pulling out and we noticed one of the wraps was missing and before I could even pull back into the stall fully Samantha was already trying to figure out what was wrong. We told her about the missing wrap and she apologized and got it taken care of immediately. She served a few other vehicles while we waited and they had another car hop bring out our missing food. Everything was so quick and simple I couldn’t believe they did it while busy like that. Other businesses in this town definitely need to take note in customer service/interactions because Sonic is doing it right!

Stopped in to get a medium Cherry limeade…$4 and some change. Wow, inflation may be changing how Oklahoman’s say I love you moving forward…up until today a Sonic drink was my love language but at that price I think I’m gonna have to pass on a quick drive through drink!
