I will not patronize Hardees again, ever! The experience I had at this location was terrible. The drive-thru associate provided my drink drenched with coke all over it. When I asked her to wipe the cup down, she told me I’ll give you a napkin for you to wipe it down. I told her she really should not give the customers their drinks looking like that, it’s bad customer service, but to take care to ensure the order given is presentable. She rolled her eyes, handed the rest of my order to me and closed the window in my face. Because of the service, I decided I no longer wanted the order and went inside to ask for a refund. The front cashier asked why, and I told him the drive-thru associate was rude. He went back to tell the manager, who incidentally was on the grill, and she yelled out, “We can redo the order, but we do not give refunds.” After waiting 10 minutes to speak directly to the manager, she reiterate they do not give refunds. When I asked why, she gave some obviously bogus reason, indicating Corporate said they could not issue refunds because the previous assistance manager stole. I informed her I would contact Corporate for resolution. In the meantime, I was provided a new order which was completely greasy. I threw it away. Presentation is everything. I’m amazed that getting excellent customer service nowadays has become the exception and not the rule.

I ordered Hardee’s from this location last night, through Door Dash and that was the BIGGEST MISTAKE, because the food was TERRIBLE! – The 5 piece Chicken Tenders weren’t hot at all & when I bit into one of the tenders, it was so dry & obviously cooked several hours before I ordered them. The cheese that was supposed to come on my Carolina Gold Chicken Sandwich was missing & again, the chicken was cold. I felt so insulted that they would give anyone this food, when I literally paid for it. The food was inedible. I did not consume any of the food & I was forced to go without dinner for the night.
I immediately went to my Door Dash app, to leave a a review for this specific location(with a picture of the items), report my complaint to Door Dash & request a refund.
I was also encouraged by Door Dash to reach out to the store, to see if they would agree to remake my food, which I did. After having to call the establishment repeatedly, because no one would answer, finally a man answered, who was super dismissive & lacked customer service skills.
First, he tried directing me back to Door Dash & to handle my issue with them. I informed him that I already contacted Door Dash, but was encouraged to call to see if I could arrange coming to get my food remade. Then, the man, who stated he was the manager but refused to give me his name, then started making claims about whether or not I am being honest about my order being insufficient, because he hadn’t heard anything from Door Dash about someone complaining about an order. – – Wow, really? Why would I go through all of these hoops & out of my way to complain about food that was actually enjoyable? How insulting!!! – – After going back & forth, I realized at that point, it was useless, as I knew then, I could never trust an establishment with the preparation of my food, who would employ someone as a manager who would behave like this, over someone saying they were dissatisfied with their food order. As a manager, it should be your goal to ensure each consumer’s experience is top tier & when you learn that someone’s experience fell short of that, why wouldn’t you want to redeem the reputation of the company that you work for??? . Even if an order was delivered through Door Dash, the food was prepared by Hardee’s & I expect any restaurant to take full accountability for their unacceptable & dissatisfactory service!!! Absolutely ludicrous & they should be ashamed of themselves!
This was probably my 3rd time ever ordering from Hardee’s. The first 2 times were great, as I visited a different location out in Sandy Springs & ordered the food in-person. The food was fresh & very enjoyable. I always request for my food to be dropped fresh, cooked to order, when I order food from a fast food establishment, because without doing so, you run the risk of the quality of the food being subpar. & this situation absolutely proves why that request is mandatory! But since that is impossible to do on a 3rd party delivery app, I will refrain from ever ordering from this establishment ever again! Additionally, I DO NOT recommend anyone to ever patron this Hardee’s in Conyers, Ga! They definitely confirm the rumors about Georgia businesses failing to extend customer service to its patrons!

Visited this location this morning at about 10:25am. Pulled up to the order box and was immediately greeted through the speaker. Ordered a biscuit and gravy meal and a sausage biscuit. I pulled around, paid, got all my items, and pulled off. Was in and out less than 5 minutes. The lady at the window (I failed to look at her name, but I should have), was so very nice and pleasant. I’ve been here a few times and never had a bad experience, but I had a bit of a stressful morning and her kindness and joy helped ease some of that. Thank you, ma’am and I’m sorry I didn’t look at your name tag so you could personally be recognized.

Horrible experience this morning. Went through drive thru to order breakfast. It was as if the employee wasn’t listening while we were at the window. My wife asked at least 4 times if they were only serving breakfast or bf and lunch. She (employee) finally answered. She seemed as if she was rushing our order but we were the only ones in line. We ordered a Frisco combo and 2 super sau biscuits using the app coupon. We pulled around to the window and proceeded to wait at least 5 minutes. During that time the employee did nothing. She could have taken the coupon and payment and given us our condiments and drink. Once she gave us the bag, she immediately asked for the card but didn’t let us know the total. We’ve been before and they didn’t use the coupon! She then took the phone to scan my code and gave us our bag. Needless to say, after we left, no drink! Had to go back. This time I went in and asked for the manager. I told her what I just typed here and she could have cared less. She asked who it was and I pointed out the employee who said “it wasn’t me”. I told them that you just helped us in the DT window. Manager showed ZERO empathy. Didn’t apologize, did nothing to show me that things will be different for the next customer. As I told her that my sandwich was hot in the car, she was not make any move to get my drink, causing my sandwich to get cold. She then asked that some give me my drink and just walked away. No words or nothing. I said to her so you aren’t going to apologize or anything and she just stared right through me. I said on my way out, “thanks for your apology Ms. Manager” to which I received crickets. Horrible experience seeing that the location wasn’t crowded at that time. She needs to train her staff to be more productive during down time and she needs to learn how to be empathetic when issues arise that need her attention. If I could give them 0 Stars that would be the score. I typically wouldn’t choose Hardee’s for a meal. However, I was passing by and figured I’d grab a burger. Pull to the drive thru and for Second and was told to hurry up because I was on a timer. I decided to spend my money elsewhere. It’s crazy that not even a dying burger joint would have good service.

Went thru the drive thru ordered but they left out a fry and the coke was flat like just carbonated water. My husband went back in about the fry the lady would not look at his receipt. She said you got your fry he tried explaining one fry was with a meal the other was a la cart. She finally said I will give you a fry. We didn’t even want to say anything about the coke. The food was good but not the service. I think they got mad on the order because my husband is hard of hearing and talked louder on the intercom.

Should’ve known better than to eat at a place with an 89 food score. The food was cold, sloppily thrown together, and lacked any real flavor or freshness. It felt like zero effort went into the meal definitely not worth the money. Lesson learned.

I ordered the Frisco burger combo, and it was absolutely delicious! I expected the meat to be dry since the store was closing soon, but on the contrary, it was fresh and hot. The manager Ella was so helping and courteous. I’ll definitely be back.

Coffee was burnt, asked a question about decaf and the associate was snappy. When I received my coffee no one asked me about cream or sugar. No napkins or stirrer in the bag. Took the card to pay from my hand without a word and handed it bag and gave me my order without a word as well.

I tried their chicken tenders along with their hot cinnamon roll. The tenders are pretty good WITH the dipping sauce. Without the sauce, the chicken tastes bland even with the breading. You don’t taste any seasonings of any kind on the meat itself nor the breading. It also was a little salty too! Now, the cinnamon roll was NOT good in my opinion. It tasted as if it were a huge biscuit and they poured the frosting on top. It was very thick and again very bland! I personally would not try the cinnamon roll again!
