Update: Had a bad experience last time I was here. Our server was the bartender so understandably he would get overwhelmed with serving people on the floor and behind the bar while it was busy but there were other servers assisting him and he has absolutely no excuse on forgetting what we ask for. He forgot our waters, forgot to bring utensils, messed up my order of wing sauce and added an appetiser that we did not ask for. I noticed I got charged for an appetiser after I got home and looked at my points in their app. Food is always good her so I would recommend seating at the dining area if you want good service. Skip the bar at all cost unless you are going to be seating right in front of your bartender so you can get the service you deserve. Quite disappointing.
No wait line. It is a sit yourself kinda deal where we even got yelled at for waiting at the door by the manager. But our server was super nice and prompt. Food was delicious and drinks were great. Wasn’t too loud when we were there so it was perfect. Great location

Between the awful service and crappy food we won’t be back. This isn’t the first time with these problems that we have had at this location. The wings were cold and not tossed. They literally put the wings in the Togo box and poured an obscene amount of sauce in the Togo box. To the point the box itself was falling apart. The fries had no seasoning and were so oily. Which make me wondered if they made a batched the tried to refry them. So disgusting. We will definitely be trying the new wing places around the area.

I have been giving my business to this place for 5 years as a local. I have never had a bad experience in that time until now, gave them a second chance. We usually love coming here because the wing size and portions are decent and you get what you pay for. But the past 2 times we have experienced a huge difference in the quality of there wings. The size of wings is pretty laughable. I have a small hand and the wings are literally smaller than my finger, whereas before the wing size was huge, and meaty. I literally had fried skin and bones, and barely any meat, they almost look way overcooked or thats just the way there wings are now. The price and wing ratio isn’t matching up anymore, they should have literally been $10 wings (20 ordered) and when pointed out to management they said wings vary in size, like I said I been coming here long enough to know the wing size in comparison to all my visits here. Talk to 3 different people there and even though apologetic, no one even offered to see how they can make it right (customer service has left the building). I gladly paid my bill ( not trying to get free food, but definitely felt cheated out on my wing size for what was paid). We still love the drinks and appetizers there, but the wings are not it anymore here. Anyone know of a good place in Bolingbrook or the vicinity for good ol’ traditional wing???

The restaurant is clean. Staff was friendly. There are plenty of TVs to watch games on. I was here during Sunday football and was able to watch the nonlocal game I wanted to see. The everything pretzel bites are delicious. I love their boneless and bone in wings. There are so many sauce options. I’ll definitely come here again.

It seems that you have to look interesting for the waitress to be interested in serving your table.
We did not get no silverware, no glasses of water, and we had to ask another server for a soda refill, someone else had to bring our food to the table.
The server tonight was way too interested in serving only one table, that she even looked as their personal waitress. What a shame!

Quality control needs a lot of Attention! Half of my wings were either blackened, over cooked, I dont know but I threw half the order out! Not interested in driving 25min back each way for what, more over cooked, old wings?! You all can’t possibly expect people to eat this can you?!?!?! I’ve spent a lot of money at this location (Boughton and 355). This is Unacceptable!!!

DINER’S BEWARE! I happened to be in the area so I stopped at the Bolingbrook Illinois location for a late lunch at 3pm. There were only 3 other people in the place, 2 of which were at the bar, on their computers. I sat at the bar and waited about 10 minutes to be acknowledged and to get a diet Pepsi. I ordered the Bogo boneless 10 piece wings and some potato wedges which were brought out about 10 minutes later. The potato wedges were very good but the boneless wings were cold, hard as a rock, smothered in sauce and could barely be cut through with a knife! They also forgot to bring the celery and carrots for the blue cheese dressing. I waited another 15 minutes for the bartender to come out of the back to wave her down by raising my hand✋, then another few minutes for her to come and ask if I needed a refill. While I was waiting for the refill, I remembered that I had a $15 CASH balance on an expired CLIPP offer and found it on my phone. After waiting another 15 to 20 minutes when the bartender appeared again I showed the $15 credit and asked for the check which took another 5 minutes. Then she returned to tell me they wouldn’t accept the $15 CASH credit on my bill. (They did the same thing on the original $30 CLIPP offer which is why I have this credit). What a scam! I asked for the manager at this point who also argued about the credit at which time I had to show him the fine print on the offer. He then took it to his manager who I guess finally approved it. I realized at that moment how my wife and I had nearly the same crappy experience here about 2 years ago. WOW! HORRIBLE FOOD (THAT IS THE ONLY THING THEY SPECIALIZE IN), ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE, AND BAD ATTITUDE!
Sincerely, Do yourself a favor and find another place if you want wings, or anything else.

Ordered and payed for Nachos will grilled chicken , wings and fries.They forgot the grilled chicken and I called immediately and was told to stop in another day. Hower When I did so mngr said he had no history of my order and couldn’t accommodate me because he couldn’t go back 2days in the system. I Spent 30 $ and will definitely not return!! Food was mediocre. ITS IS NOT OKAY TO TAKE PPLS MONEY FOR NOTHING:(

When the food came in he never asked if anything was ok at all till the moment he noticed we finished
We just paid, he drop the card to the table without saying nothing, with a sassy attitude of course
The food was great of course, this the first time something like this happened in this location
I don’t want to look like a “Karen”, it’s just disappointing from the my point of view as a server myself. They need to teach they’re servers to do better
