Extremely inconsistent service and food, some days it’s good and others lackluster. I came today and it was one of those “off” days. The staff seem like they have an attitude and doing you a favor. The food came out cold and when I brought it back up, they acted offended. Why would I want a lukewarm burger and cold fries? The attitude of the staff needs to be adjusted. Perhaps training? Perhaps hot food without hostility?

Oh Burgerville! How I have missed you! From your burger sauce that makes almost everything yummy-licious, to your milkshakes to your strawberry shortcakes in season! You make everything better! I walked into this location and had to wait a hot minute to place an order at the counter. Prices are still reasonable. I took a seat, and my food was brought out to me. Everything was just as I remembered.

Amber really took care of me and blocked the homeless person from coming in. Nothing wrong with homeless people, but this guy tried to bust through the door of the restaurant, and that’s scary! Amber really took care of us though and I’m very grateful for her! Didn’tlose her! She holds this place together

I appreciate that they use fresh ingredients…. However, I’ve had issues with the quality of their food.
This time my partner ordered me fries. The fries tasted of dirty oil, and had the distinct taste of fish.
If I wanted fish and chips, I would have ordered that.
Instead, I ordered fries, and got fish juice in my fries since they can’t seem to be bothered to use separate oil, and from my experience of tasting old oil, they don’t change their oil often.
I swore off burgerville about 10 years ago after I was given (and actually ate) raw chicken nuggets.
I tried them again and was let down again.
Don’t hide behind “fresh, local ingredients” if you constantly have quality issues!!!!!

My favorite Burgerville location. Nathaniel and the rest of the crew have saved many of my mornings with their breakfast sandwiches and genuinely friendly service. I’ll drive here even if there are other BV locations closer to where I am.
