I just ordered from the sonic in chambersburg and the burger was atrocious. First off it was greasy as hell and then it taste like the grill that the burgers are being cooked on is dirty there is no number to call them and frankly I I’ve too far to return it. Something needs to be done about this

Everyone loves Sonic. My experience was good but not over the top. The cherry limeade seemed to lack flavor and my tots seemed “old”. The burger though…. definitely a crowd pleaser.

This visit to Sonic was rough. It took five separate attempts just to get my order correctly entered on the screen—3 burgers, some sides, and drinks. Nothing unusual or complicated.
When the food came out, my burger was a mess. Mayo and ketchup weren’t just on the inside—they were smeared all over the outside of the bun like it had been dropped in sauce. Not appetizing at all.
On top of that, over 1/3 of the drive-in stalls didn’t even have working order stations. For the few that did, the wait times were way too long. After finally getting the food and being told “everything’s in the bag,” I had to sit there for another 10+ minutes just to get straws and a fork.
I get that things can be busy or short-staffed, but the combination of order issues, poor food presentation, and delays made this a frustrating visit. Hopefully this location can improve.

I have ordered from this Sonic location twice and both times my order was wrong, cold, or lacking (like the toppings in my blast). The service is terrible and the staff take forever. I should have gotten the message the first time I pulled in and no one was in line during lunch rush. Definitely not going back

Stopped by here today because my family and I wanted to try some of the new items that Sonic has been advertising lately including the Shark Week Slush and the Sour Patch Kids Slush Float. This was or these drinks rather were the sole reason for our visit. We first parked at one of the kiosk and it was not working. We then parked at a second kiosk and then pushed the button to make our order. The lady on the other end then told us that they were short staffed and that they would be able to better serve us in the drive-through. Once in the drive-through I ordered our drinks and I was informed by the lady on the other end that they were out of both. So like I said at the beginning these drinks being the reason we were there we left and went somewhere else. I was then informed by my daughter that she was there recently with friends and when they pushed the button at the kiosk to order they just never answered them back so they went somewhere else. My wife also had a similar experience where they told her that she had to go through the drive-through but the line was a mile long so she also went somewhere else. Same ol story different day. Another business becomes an apparent victim of COVID-19 because we had been to this particular Sonic location several times before and never had any issues until recently.

It’s supposed to be fast food. I shouldn’t have to wait 10-15 minutes for food especially when the restaurant isn’t busy. This restaurant is typically slow at getting orders done

They charge an arm and a leg for a cheeseburger to constantly mess up my order, I simply thought no mayo on a cheeseburger could be easy to understand but it’s every single time…. Dairy Queen just picked up a new customer

We ordered two of the Honey BBQ popcorn chicken meals in a large, and ended up getting a small combo for both meals. They charged us for a large though and didn’t give us a receipt. By the time we realized it, it was too late. Also, when they handed us our drinks they were spilled all over the top and side. The chicken was all stale and cold breading chunks with no chicken inside, and we couldn’t even poke it with the forks. Never going back!!!

Waited over 6 minutes after pressing the red button to order, and then had to press it again when the order taker essentially hung up on me. Couldn’t hear a thing the order taker was saying because the speaker was super quiet. After ordering a single slushy, waited nearly 5 more minutes for it to be brought to my car. The restaurant had a few other cars, yes but it wasn’t slammed. The car to my left arrived AFTER me and received their food order BEFORE me, and they bought food…I had a single slushy. Not the best Sonic I’ve patronized. That said, the slushy was delicious…..once I got it .
