My absolute favorite restaurant of all time. The food is absolutely amazing. I usually am a chronic same order person, but the food is the most authentic I have had from different states that I have ventured into trying different things each visit. Oh! And the margaritas! The most amazing of flight combinations. The salsas, food, and service has us coming back on a monthly basis.

The Guacamole was fresh and very good.
I had the “Colorado” Burrito, I ate half, the rest will easily be another meal. The combination of sauces were excellent and near perfect.
I ordered sopapilas and was served four quite large sopapillas that were light and puffy and extremely tasty. Adding a little more honey would enhance them further.
Service was outstanding and friendly. I was met within 10 seconds after entering and was quickly seated in a booth. Unfortunately, the bench seat inside of the booth was completely worn out. I slid sideways to find a more comfortable and could not find a comfortable spot. The cushioning was just terrible and you felt like somethings was poking you in the butt!
Go for the food (5 stars ) and the Margaritas, but steer away from the booth closet to the kitchen!

Our first time to dine here and we have found our new goto restaurant for authentic Mexican cuisine. The food was flavorful and the servings are huge. We will be recommending this place to all of our family and friends!

I was in town filming for a show and working 14–16 hour days, so finding a place like this was a true breath of fresh air. It’s rare to walk into a restaurant that not only serves great food but also has such warm, friendly, and genuine staff. Everyone was so welcoming—it made the long days a little easier.
The whole town gave off the best kind of small-town vibes: inviting, laid-back, and full of heart. I ordered the fajitas, and they were fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I needed. Can’t recommend this place enough—both the food and the people made it memorable. Hope to eat here soon!

We found La Costa Mexicana to be a very lively place with a fun decor. The colorful seating area is very festive. I enjoyed the melon margarita, not too strong or too weak. The tacos and quesadillas were very tasty. The service was prompt, friendly and attentive. We would eat here again.

PROs: No wait time. Liberty Square parking. Indoor seatings. Quick and attentive service. The FOOD IS EXCELLENT!! The chips are just perfect, not too thin or thick, with the right ratio of salt per chip. I could’ve ate the chips and salsa as my dinner. Muy Bien!

Great food and convenient location with limited seating! This was the best service we’ve ever had at this restaurant! We’ve actually stayed away for a couple of years due to the lack of our “non-caring” service! The food was great and freshly made! It wasn’t busy and a great time to visit with family.

First time trying this place out tonight. We got in and seated right away. Our waitress got our drink order within minutes and our drinks came shortly after. Our food didn’t take that long either. The QDip said it came with diced tomatoes and some jalapeno spice, but there were no tomatoes and the dip itself wasn’t at all spicy. My margarita was too sweet for my liking, but I got a decent buzz for what it’s worth. I’d recommend the deep fried tacos. The food overall wasn’t bad, but wasn’t the greatest I’ve had. Service was great!
