Stood at the counter for a while to order a drink but nobody paid any mind to me. Go into drive through to order a sprite berry blast, get to the window for them to ask if i meant lunar splash…uhhh no! They are out and didn’t even bother telling me at the order screen. Their customer service in the evenings is crap. Mornings are so much better there.

The lack of attention to detail, let alone the lack of basic skill of wrapping a cheeseburger is astounding! They got 12year olds wrapping burgers back there? This is ridiculous! They folded the bun into the wrap and pushed the contents to the other side. The part of the bun folded in was completely dried. This is ridiculously pathetic that people can’t care enough about the food they serve to people. I’ve worked years in the food industry. A rule of thumb is you don’t serve it if you yourself wouldn’t eat it, or appreciate it! Come on people get it together!

Why aren’t the McFlurrys mixed at this location? I’ve come here multiple times, and only had it mixed once in a blue moon. If the machine is really broken, don’t let me order it in the app. If the machine is not broken, use it! Also, how can the machine really be broken 95% of the time?

There must have been a new person at the drive thru window, because she kept asking if my order looked right. We didn’t get fries in our meal and had to go back inside and order them. Inside is a joke because they don’t even have a menu to look at, it’s all digital kiosk. Definitely won’t be going back anytime soon.

Nice place to go out for munchies late. Also hats off to the contractor hired to do sliding doors and bathrooms. My son is in a wheelchair and whomever thought of these concepts helps out “wheelies” a lot!
