Unrealistic, poor five minute service. 2 triple butter burgers, fries, cheese curds, root bear. And a concrete mixer.
The cheese curds and fries were ice cold. I pulled over, not even sixty seconds, just to get a bite.
It’s blistering cold outside. there’s no reason for the food to be cold As well.
They’re burgers lasted 10 in a heated car with the drive home and they were still hot.
On a good note the concrete mixer was phenomenal.
I’m returning, and I’m going to check everything before leaving.

Restored my faith in Capitalism. Great sandwich at a reasonable price, served fresh and hot by two pleasant young men. Every other company I dealt with today overcharged me and hired some third party “customer service” firm to give me the run around and lie to me. If Culver’s ever offers insurance, utilities, banking, or pharmaceuticals I would love to be their first customer! Thank you for saving my day!

I just moved to McHenry and was excited to try the Culver’s. The workers were very friendly but what a poor experience. The onion rings weren’t fresh, the coke was flat, and I ordered a double and got a single with two slices of cheese. I understand if it were busy but there was a single car ahead of us. I would recommend going to Crystal Lake, it seems like they have better quality control.

Always great and love the service! Only once had a bad experience with a sandwich being overcooked but the asst manager was very accomodating. If it is not made well call or go in and speak to him. They will fix it and make it right! For years I have been eating at this Culvers and it is excellent.

I just had abdominal surgery a week ago and I’m trying to stay away from dairy and thought it was a good idea to get cod and shrimp from here. I’ve had fairly extreme nausea and I can’t tell if it has complicated my fresh surgery. The young woman, Alejandra, repeated my name back as Susan and I had to correct her a couple of times. I saved some of the food in case it needs to be tested and believe this may be some gross negligence. If the owner or a corporate liaison sees this, I would take this matter seriously. Culver’s used to be fresh and safe food but something about all this feels way off and I sure hope I don’t have to go to the ER because of this experience

Great experience! I visited this Culver’s on Monday, October 13, 2025, and enjoyed a delicious lunch with a friend. It was my second time. The food was spectacular, the staff was great and I truly just enjoyed every aspect of my Wednesday afternoon. This was my last Culver’s to go to within a 10 mile radius of my home so I feel accomplished! (Written 10-13-25)

This is a small and they only gove you small even tho other Culvers give real medium shakes. Why charge everyone for a small even tho you ask for medium shakes?

Ordered a banana and cheesecake concrete mixer and this is now the 2nd time they completely skipped the cheesecake. I get this exact order all the time so I’m extremely disappointed. Complete waste if my money because this is not what I asked for.

Service itself was not bad. The chicken sandwich I had was made very sloppy. There was way too much mayonnaise on that sandwich and the chicken tastes like you could bounce it off of a wall. No napkins in the bag whatsoever. And the coke tastes like its watered down. Usually the food is way better. Not sure what happened today
