This was our first time at a remodeled Cracker Barrel, and we loved it! The new paint was clean and the new furnishings were comfortable. Upon entry we were seated without a wait and our server Tao was very friendly. Tao walked us through menus options with care and ensured our food was delivered hot and perfectly cooked. Our experience at Cracker Barrel was positive and we will be back!

Who doesn’t like Cracker Barrel? It’s a welcoming warm place with good ol’ comfort food. The food is always reliable and delicious. I just love browsing through the store, I always find something to buy. I just love this place. Make sure you visit one when in the U.S you won’t regret it!

Firstly there was no staff. Waited 10minutes to even be greeted.
One waitress who was clearly struggling managing everything on her own.
But that doesn’t excuse the food quality from the kitchen….
– Ordered kids chicken tenders and dippers- menu clearly says comes with steak fries. We didn’t get any steak fries, just a plate of 3 pieces of small chicken on their own. Nothing else. Just a mostly empty plate. When questioned the waitress said it doesn’t come with steak fries!? It’s clearly on the menu!
– Mash on the adults meals was cold, dry and hard. No gravy. Meals were cold and dry in general.
– didn’t get the drinks we ordered.
– the wrong drinks we got we never got refills.
– never got any biscuits.
Very disappointing and overall very bad food (she was on her own so a little lenience for service but meals were very bad quality and were missing a lot of ordered items).

We love the atmosphere of all Cracker Barrels! The food looked great, but my wife’s pancakes were cold, and my bacon, sausage, and ham were also cold. The food tasted great, and they microwaved the pancakes, which was fine. They also redesigned the restaurant, and they now have booths! Otherwise, great experience! We’ll be back for sure!

After nearly 20 years since the last time I ate here, coming back to Cracker Barrel was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere still carries that classic, comforting charm, and the food reminded me why this place is so special.
A special highlight was the service — Andy was outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, he made the entire visit even more enjoyable. Excellent service like that truly makes a difference.
It was great to reconnect with old memories and create new ones. I’ll definitely be back.

We visited Cracker Barrel for a late breakfast on Thursday morning. The restaurant was quiet, and the building appeared newer and more modern compared to other Orlando locations.
We ordered the Mama’s Sampler Breakfast, Papa’s Country Fried Chicken Breakfast, and a fresh fruit bowl with bacon for our child. While the food quality met expectations, with flavorful chicken and perfectly prepared bacon, service delays detracted from the experience. Despite the light customer volume, our meals took longer than expected to arrive. Additionally, key items, including biscuits, gravy, and fruit, were initially forgotten. When we inquired, we were informed fruit was unavailable, but after requesting a substitution, fruit was later provided.
The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the meal, once complete, was enjoyable. However, the service issues reflected a need for better organization and communication. This location has significant potential given its newer facility and quality food, but operational improvements are necessary.
We are open to revisiting, hoping for a more efficient service experience. 4 stars.
