Absolutely terrible experience. The Late night Taco Bell worker that was working around the time period of 2 am – 3am on Jan 13 clearly do not care at all. I ordered a Classic Stacker, nothing special, nothing extra – and they loaded it with an insane amount of jalapeños for no reason. I did NOT ask for them, and it completely ruined the food.
This wasn’t a “mistake,” it felt intentional. Who randomly floods someone’s order with jalapenos? If you don’t want to work nights, don’t take it out on customers who are paying for food they actually want to eat.
Night shift needs better training or better supervision because this was careless, lazy, and straight-up disrespectful. Waste of money and time. I won’t be coming back late at night again.

As a District Manager myself- my visit was fairly unpleasant. Manager is sitting in the lobby doing what appears to be a schedule, you have another employee (I’m assuming off the clock and off day) standing in the lobby talking to staff swearing, gets on the phone, and starts telling someone to shut up while swearing. The manager doesn’t say anything just lets it happen. Even- even if it’s my employees off day- I refuse for them to stand in front of guest being disrespectful and rude. This is a direct reflection of management and how they let staff run the store. Then to hear the manager ask if she was still yelling at him and she says yes and he response with “yeah I struggle with that.” And let’s her continue. Swearing and disrespect towards staff or management is 1000% unacceptable- especially with guest in the lobby. The food- cold but that’s not the important part here. Fix this store and the management at this location. Unbelievable that this was accepted.

The last time I went to this location, they locked the door to the lobby even though people were inside eating. This was at 12 pm, and they told us to go through the drive through, which was an ai voice. It is a dark and depressing future when every aspect is turning automated.
Then my food was barely any meat or cheese or anything. Just bad on every point. My “beefy five layer” was four layers of tortilla. Maybe it’s just this location, but I’m pretty turned off of the direction they are heading.

Did an online order and removed tomatoes from the meal because my son is allergic to them, while it’s not a terrible enough allergy to stop breathing it’s still one that causes a rash they of course left them on. If someone removes something from an item it’s because they don’t want it on there. Why is it OK to just not follow a customers request? Thankfully they are easy to remove and them touching things isn’t a big deal but damn, we didn’t want them in there, took the time to remove them from the order. Why go out of your way to put them on? Also, everyone who works there looks miserable

0 stars, absolute joke of a crew here. Everyone is in their own little silo and ignores that there are many people at the counter missing items from their orders. Now that these self-service kiosks are in store doesn’t mean you get to ignore people paying you for a service. Taco Bell has gone to shit.

The 3 gentlemen who were working Sunday night 12/28 about 1am (so technically Mon. a.m. at that time) are absolute assets to your company and I’m so incredibly grateful to them.
After a long crappy shift at work, I just wanted to grab some Taco Bell on my way home. There was a major winter storm all day, and when a bunch of other places closed early, this location was open. Awesome!
Unfortunately, although the drive-thru appeared to have been plowed, my rinky-dink car decided to get stuck in snow THREE different times in the drive-thru! Not Taco Bell’s fault at all whatsoever. Despite that, the three aforementioned employees saw a lone woman failing miserably at digging herself out and they all came out with shovels and salt and helped me push my car til it eventually was un-stuck.
Being a manager at a business, I don’t even like having to shovel the 5 feet of sidewalk in front of our doors, so I truly appreciate how far above & beyond these guys went to help me, expecting absolutely nothing in return, and without so much as a grumble or eye roll.
Hats off to those 3 I will absolutely be coming back here!

Drive thru today they serve breakfast until 11. Arrived at 1030. Was told they had no breakfast, then told they do but only enough for one item. If your serve until 11 you should keep proper stock. The person was not easy to hear and made ordering extremely difficult. May have not signed us in for rewards. Worst experience we have had. One of us had to go to another place for breakfast because this location chose to be behind and not keep proper stock.

I’d give zero stars if possible! The most consistently horrible taco bell ever!! Seriously, just take the extra 10 mins and go to Lakeville or Bloomington..

This Taco Bell is notorious for forgetting items in your orders, the manager rarely refunds them too if your not still in the drive-thru so check the bag before you drive off. You’re better off going to the taco John’s across the street or the 24hr Burger King next to it and save you the headache.

Food is delicious, service is fast, the work environment seems fun! Workers are very passionate and nice. Only downside was that the cinnamon twists were absolutely horrendous. They tasted like plastic and like they were dang near radioactive
