*PRETTY GOOD* Staff were friendly, I can tell a bit over worked. I hope Their pay reflects their honest efforts. Went in from the Pilot, got a quick snack but they had no potatoes, milkshakes and something else and I don’t go to these places often today but I remember these places were the chain of take overs of the mom and pop burger and many diner businesses.
Milk shakes are important lol.
Hoping to see yas again soon. Obviously this isn’t your fault. No biggie, let’s get her fixed!!!

Let me start by saying the new staff thats there tonight is awful. No ones picking up the phones. I Made a mobile order and was told they couldn’t make it because systems are down and to cancel the order. I told them it will not let me cancel and was just told to cancel again. I asked if i should call back tomorrow since they said they couldn’t make anything. She said yes i asked for her name for proof of me speaking with someone about this and then she got quiet and started whispering very loudly to her co worker pretending to not to hear me while whispering and laughing to her co workers about it.

Went in ordered 2 chicken sandwiches only lettuce and double stack plain. Asked for a barbecue sauce and was told 25 cents yet i saved them on 3 sandwiches because 1 was plain and 2 were lettuce only. I should of been credited back for unused condiments and vegetables instead I was charged 25 cents for BBQ sauce. Next time im taking the stuff they dont put on that i dont want and having them put everything on the side and will just throw it out instead of letting Wendy’s benefit.

We had two meals, both the sandwiches where wrong but the manager quickly took care of it and the correct food was even more fresh and she was so nice about everything. If I’m going to Wendy’s the one attached to Pilot is where I’ll go

Did Wendy’s change its chocolate Frosty recipe? I LOVE a chocolate frosty but this one was horrible. Not even close to what I was expecting. It was a different flavor and different texture. Beware!

This Wendy’s is inside of a truck stop. I have to say they are most organized out of any Wendy’s. And it’s also clean. The staff are very friendly as well

Place is terrible I literally ordered what everybody else ordered and it’s supposed to be fresh instead my food was cold even the chili I watch them make the other people stuff and it was hot but when I got my order my food was cold or lukewarm I walked in and all eyes was on me like Tupac and all the good reviews I know that’s a lie personally I came in order from this place and employees touching all over your food and stuff sticking their nose all in your bag I would never come here again ever you guys hear are nasty
