Ordered 6 McDouble meals and at the window when we asked if she could do us a favor only asking if they can put the meals in their individual bags her response with an attitude was “whaaat” and when we asked the question she said we can try with again an attitude! FYI you chose hospitality for work no one is making you work there! She had burgundy hair but the younger lady who brought the food out was very polite!

Most the staff are great, there’s one manager with pink hair that seems she hates her job, but the lobby and counters are DISGUSTING and UNACCEPTABLE! It takes 1 employee and 10 mins to make sure counters are clean, tables are cleaned and floors picked up! Hope the owners see this and do something about it! It was so bad we went to our car to eat!

Normally i only write reviews to complain, but i gotta say, the staff here was hands down the best I’ve ever experienced at a fast food place. Ever. In my life. Drive through people were sweet and patient and when our car battery died in the midst of paying, they ran out n helped push us to a spot (not like, trying to rush us out the way, but more just trying to help) then another employee took the time out of his smoke break to jump us, no hesitation, no questions asked. Hang onto your receipt and make sure to check your order before you pull away from the window!!! 90% of the time you’ll be told to pull into a spot and wait for your food. Doesn’t matter what you order or what time of day it is! Used to be a great location, lately im not so sure.

The absolute WORST McDonald’s there is. They are significantly understaffed and they make sure you know it. The MANAGERS huffing and puffing around the lobby while remarking, “I’m not super woman, I don’t care” while locking the doors so more customers can’t come in during breakfast. Witnessed managers and other staff bad mouthing customers who are choosing to do curb-side servicing saying they are lazy for not coming in to get their food. Orders are missing items more times than not as well. Terrible experience every single time, should be shut down.

I don’t know how to get a hold of the corporate team there,but our visit today 9/13/2025 was awful. The entire dining room had not been attended to in a while. Every table was dirty. There was a wait per usual for food. Seems like the only focus on drive thru. The manager Cheyenne is very disorganized and not friendly. She doesn’t smile and seems bothered by her job entirely. She brought over half our order after a wait and when I said we were still waiting for some of our order her retort was I only have 2 hands. Then my husband had to go up cause we were still waiting. It was still 10 minutes at least. They is never a sense of quick. No one appears to have an in charge attitude. It appears as if no one is assigned anywhere. No one is in the lobby anytime I’ve ever been in there. I asked the guy for a rag to wipe tables and he said , you can if you want. Terrible.

Went to this McDonald’s and experienced an angry customer who cut us off. She was mad because we ordered before them so we tried to pull up first and they almost hit us along with the car in front of them. The angry customer was talking to the drive thru employee and the employee pointed at us and made a mean face. When we pulled up to get our food, the employee was so rude. She even shut the window in my face when I started asking her something.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve EVER BEEN TO. We waited over an hour to get our online order. The app said the order went through, the person through the drive through told us to pull up through 2 windows and as soon as we get to the window to be served our food they tell us they don’t see our order and there is a conversion issue. We sat at this McDonald’s for almost 2 HOURS. The app gave my code and took my money and I left empty handed. If you want to wait hours to get nothing, this is the place to go. They literally said they talked to the manager and pull ahead and we still got nothing no help whatsoever from the employees or the manager. Ridiculous.
