We proudly serve the best all you can eat sushi in the Evanston and Chicago area! In addition, you can enjoy our incredible Spicy Ramen, where you can choose from 3 levels of spicy or our famous Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen. We also have a nice selection of cocktails, beers, and soft drinks to complement your meal. Sushi is a 10/10 spot for both ramen and sushi. The sushi is incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared, while the ramen is rich, flavorful, and comforting without feeling too heavy. Everything tastes high quality, and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Great service, delicious food, and definitely a place worth coming back to again and again. Best service from server Acie super sweet and attentive!!

This is our go-to spot whenever we are craving ramen. The portions are generous, so we usually order just one bowl to share and it’s always more than enough. The tantanmen ramen is especially comforting and pairs perfectly with their Geso Karaage, which is crispy, flavorful, and made even better by its amazing sauce.
We also love their takoyaki, which is consistently delicious, and the Mango Tango sushi is hands down my favorite among their sushi options it’s fresh, well-balanced, and memorable. To top it off, their Brown Sugar Milk Tea is surprisingly not overly sweet, which we really appreciate.
Service is efficient with minimal wait time, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Great food, good portions, and a relaxed dining experience. This place never disappoints and keeps us coming back. Highly recommended!

I have been trying different sushi spots throughout Chicago by myself and I decided to stop by Evanston to try Hokkaido Ramen and Sushi Bar and it definitely did not disappoint and exceeded my expectations! And I went in with high expectations from all the good reviews!
The gyoza were amazing, the crab rangoon was flavorful and the sauce was perfect, and the rolls I got were spectacular. Usually at sushi spots I like to dip rolls into soy sauce because it doesn’t feel “complete” without it, but here I didn’t have to do that at all. The fish tasted very fresh and flavorful. I finished off with miso soup and felt very satisfied.
I came during the lunch special and for the price this is extremely worth it. The waiters were very attentive and kind as well. I came here alone as I mentioned and others were here dining alone as well and usually solo diners can feel a bit ignored but it was not like that here. There were big groups here as well so parties of 1 or 6 can have a great time. I am very glad I came here and I have recommended it to others. I plan to come back and try more of the menu and drinks.

All of you craving delicious Japanese food, this restaurant will not disappoint. The food was phenomenal and so wholesome. The prices were great and we also enjoyed being served by Sabrina. She was an amazing, compassionate and understanding of my wife’s gluten sensitivity. She helped us navigate the menu and even brought gluten free soy sauce. First time having gluten free ramen as an option!

Great ramen/sushi bar in the downtown Evanston area. Their “all you can eat” option is the best around. It includes certain non-alcoholic drinks, most appetizers, ramen and a huge selection of sushi. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. If you’re in the area and are looking for a Japanese style dinner, this is the place to go!

We’ve been coming here for awhile and always love it. The atmosphere is great and the restaurant is super clean. Service is always great too… Fast and efficient. I could do without the TV’s, but they are only over the bar, so they are not overwhelming if you’re sitting on the other side of the restaurant. The food is good to great depending on what you get. The sushi is fresh, the tonkatsu ramen is rich and delicious, and the komquat lemonade is a favorite for my whole family.
This is a great place for kids and large groups, but you can also come in solo and not feel out of place.
It can get pricey if you’re just ordering willy nilly, but if you are a little judicious it is reasonable. Overall, highly recommended.

This is a great Japanese spot! Lots of seating available. Ramen is great. I like the black garlic ramen and the spicy ramen. They have boba tea options as well, the Hokkaido milk tea is great! They’re open til 12:30AM, which makes it a great option for late night food after a night out or coming from sporting events. I took my Dad here when he visited and plan to bring my brothers next time!

Popped in here for some sushi and was not disappointed!! The roll was a good size and the menu had a TON of options to choose from.
Surprisingly though, my favorite item I had was the Bang Bang shrimp! The shrimp were plump and the sauce the perfect level of spicy!

We’ve been coming here for a few years and its never a dissapointment! Highly recommend the spicy Kani salad and all you can eat sushi. Angel hair roll is our go to!

Food is very delicious. They offer various kinds of sashimi, and the salmon is especially tasty. The spicy beef ramen has a very juicy bone. The atmosphere here is quiet and poeceful as well. Our waiter Sue is very nice and helpful.
