When we first walked there was a server that didn’t want to serve me and family for some reason, but the server Nikki and the manager on duty noticed. The manager asked Nikki was she available and she gladly agreed to serve us. She immediately assured us that she would have our table ready. I noticed she was already serving other tables and she was doing an excellent job. She got our table ready and gave us the best service we have had in years. I usually don’t do reviews but Nikki’s customer service and waitress skills were impeccable. She truly made our night and I was very happy and pleased with her service. She turned our family night from a bad night to an awesome night out with family. She is truly blessed and Ruby Tuesday is blessed to have her as a server and team member.

My husband and I just left our local Ruby Tuesday’s. I was surprised that they offered a two for $25 meal deal similar to Applebee’s. We got the two for $25 deal with included an appetizer and two entrees. We choose the coconut shrimp appetizer which was the first time we have had coconut shrimp at Ruby Tuesday’s. It was very good. I’m sure it’s just frozen coconut shrimp but it was fried well without being over done. The chili sauce that came with it was very good as well. I chose the endless garden bar as my meal since that is usually what I like most at this restaurant chain. My salad was very good and everything was well kept on the salad bar. They were low on ranch dressing and shredded cheese but I’m sure they would have fixed that if I asked. My husband chose the chicken tenders and fries for his meal. He substituted and got tater tots instead of the fries. He also added the garden bar to his meal for $5.99. I feel that $5.99 is a decent price for adding the garden bar to your meal since you can go as many times as you want. The garden bar as your meal is $12.99 which I feel is very well priced considering how much you usually pay for just one salad as your entree at most restaurants. My husband enjoyed the chicken tenders but thought that the tater tots were overdone. He doesn’t like super crispy tots. To be fair I tried his food. The tenders were very crispy but seemed to not have any seasoning on them. The tots were crispy and very good in my opinion. We will come back.

Came for the burger and garden bar combo Thursday. Waited for a few minutes to be sat and the manager came from the back, apologized for the wait and immediately got me and a few others who came in after me seated! Shyena was my server and she did great. She was a little slow with bringing my drink at first but I later found out that not only was she helping out taking tables but also handling ToGo orders. The manager Monica ended up checking us out as we watched Shyena build Togo salads. The team work was great to see!

I came in with a party of 4 at 10:30pm. Yes I was aware of the time and closing time! The host was sweet as always! She proceeds to seat us in which we walk past the salad bar and unknown to us, our server was coming from the back and immediately became disgruntled and shouted “NO , no, oh no” complaining to do what’s clearly in her job description. Very EMBARRASSING to encounter! So I asked for a server who didn’t mind serving us! We were given TAYLOR THE DISGRUNTLED WAITRESS! She eventually came over to our table visibly in a rush trying to get our drinks and food order in as if we didn’t need a moment to look at the menu. We QUICKLY tried to order and even asked for it in to go boxes! As she was putting the order in, we asked another server to notify Taylor to cancel the full order simply because we were uncomfortable with Taylor’s service and forced to choose something to better suit Taylor’s ticking time clock! Her attitude and choice of action was very distasteful and we decided to get up and leave! Upon walking out, I overheard the server telling her to cancel the order and Taylor says “that’s fine, it happens!”
It NEVER just happens! CUSTOMERS LEAVE BECAUSE OF HORRIBLE SERVICE , YOUNG KIDS WITH ATTITUDES, and simply no respect or courtesy to others. Not sure we’ll be visiting again, and if we do, we’re hoping TAYLOR is no where in sight!

We went to Ruby Tuesdays on Russell Parkway after having a long and difficult day. We were greeted and served by Tika who treated us like ROYALTY. Tika was our bartender as well and again she used her magic to turn our rough day into all smiles and laughter. We left with smiles on our face and full, happy tummies.

If you’re hungry and want to be in a great environment and to receive wonderful treatment, stop by Ruby Tuesdays and ask for Tika on Wednesday or Thursday evening, or Saturday & Sunday morning You’ll be so glad you did. I haven’t been to Ruby Tuesday’s in years and this experience certainly won’t change that.
The salad bar is always good and a bunch of us ordered burgers that were good as well but there was a major problem with service.
The waiter just wasn’t cut out to be one. He got flustered trying to figure out what food went where. My daughter didn’t get hers until everyone else was finished eating. He got aggravated again trying to hand out the checks and was raising his voice and telling everyone to sit down. He was ridiculously rude.
And on top of that, a giant roach crawled up the dress of one of the ladies in our party! She ran to the bathroom to shake it out of her clothes.
It was definitely a memorable experience but for all the wrong reasons.

Great service, nice welcome but…food was just so so. Salad bar could have been a bit fresher. Nice menu but similar items to other local restaurants that I think of first before I’d return to ruby Tuesday’s. They need that one thing you’d always come back for.

Service was trash ! It took 30 mins + or drinks and what we wanted to drink or start with a appetizer appetizer came when our food came very high price for small food portions the food was good and seasoned just very small portions for what your paying for . The server was trash in the beginning then started getting cool when it was time to pay . I also told the waiter well done steak got medium.. my friend didn’t like the spinach dip so she chose mozzarella
