I ordered everything with no meat because we are a strict vegetarian family, we had to wait for 1 hour just to revive the food, after we got the food we even make sure with the guy that it had no meat and he gave a rude response and said that “he didn’t cook the food so he doesn’t know, and that it’s whatever I ordered”. I went home to feed my family but later found out that all of the food we ordered contained meat. We slept hungry that night. We made sure and they still failed to satisfy. Horrible experience. We keep trying to call but it goes straight to their voicemail saying that “they are busy”. Don’t come to this location.

I try so hard to like the food at this location. However, then never put any meat on your food!!!!’ It’s so frustrating and at an other location it’s better. Clearly they are cutting meat to save money.
I got a taco supreme and they is literally nothing on it!!!! I tiny, tiny bit of meat and no sour cream and not red enchilada sauce and barely any cheese.

A Tragic Fall From Grace

Let me be perfectly clear. There’s a special kind of disappointment reserved for watching a place you once cherished descend into utter chaos, and this Taco Bell has become a masterclass in that very descent. What was once a reliable go-to for a quick, satisfying meal has devolved into a sad, hollow echo of its former self, run by a crew that seems to have an active disdain for the very concept of customer service.

The first bite is with the eye, but the first impression here is an auditory assault from a drive-thru speaker manned by an individual who treats a simple request for hot sauce as a personal insult. The sheer contempt in his voice was palpable. Honestly, I’ve had warmer welcomes at the DMV. This wasn’t a misunderstanding; it was a deliberate, shocking display of rudeness. On another visit, the standard of professionalism had plummeted to include staff in hair bonnets, serving up the same lazy, resentful attitude. It’s an absolute disgrace.
This systemic failure, of course, lands squarely on the shoulders of management. Where are the standards? Where is the training? Where is the pride? You are not just hiring employees; you are cultivating a culture of complete and utter apathy that poisons the entire industry and experience.
And what an experience it was. I ordered the Y2K luxe box, nachos, and an empanada. The box was a collection of lukewarm, sad ingredients that seemed thrown together without an ounce of care. It was less “luxe” and more “lazy.” The nachos were a forgettable, tepid affair. The fact that the only two items worthy of consumption were a mass-produced caramel apple empanada and a fountain soda speaks volumes. When the most competent thing coming out of your kitchen is a beverage you didn’t even make, you have a serious, serious problem.

I left not just hungry for decent food, but appalled by the attitude that ruined my appetite entirely. This establishment is a textbook example of how a lack of leadership can rot a business from the inside out. Get a grip, train your staff, and instill some semblance of respect for the customers who pay your wages. Until then, avoid this location. It is, without a doubt, a monument to mediocrity. Pathetic.

I paid $20 for a drop of sour cream and I thought Palm Bay taco bell was worse how hard it is to make food people how hard is it? There was nobody in the drive through when I went no tomatoes, tons of lettuce a drop and TEENY TINY DROP sour cream an old burnt nacho fries

Don’t go here after 10pm. Weekends or weekdays. We used to go here all the time but lately you get garbage served to you. Fries hard and cold. Potato bowls.. Like rocks. Tacos barely anything inside and the shells are gross. Daytime seems to be much better. It’s a shame they serve people that junk.

This might very well be the happiest Taco Bell I have ever seen. Every time I go, everyone is so nice and seem so happy. The crew is awesome!

This has to be the worst Taco Bell around. Crazy slow. It took 20 min for my simple order. 4 people came in off the drive through with wrong orders. Zero customer service and you have to use the kiosk. The place is also not picked up.

It’s bad when you can’t run a Taco Bell.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences at this taco bell and we come about once a month on average. They always give us good customer service, have our food prepared quickly and exactly as I requested, and the staff has gone above and beyond more than once. I genuinely enjoy visiting this location every time and I’m looking forward to eating here again soon. Thank you so much guys.

One of the worst experiences as an Uber driver, I was waiting in line for damn near 30 minutes during that time more and more cars kept coming behind me and the line was moving a snail pace for whatever reason. Whoever was working tonight they do not know to keep the flow of the line and make customers and drivers wait. Some of us are making money and want to deliver food on time because we don’t want to keep our customers waiting. I came up to the speaker and no answer for like 5-7 minutes, having to say y’all not taking orders and including Uber and Door Dash orders afterwards making people wait is ridiculous. The employees doing the drive thru should’ve said something from the start and not be silent.
Awhile, waiting in line before, the employees were taking food to the other customer and as I was leaving towards the end the employees were working and taking orders. Like why lie? Thanks to the lack of common courtesy and the service my cancellation rate went up and going to avoid coming to this Taco Bell.
