We were traveling through to Branson and are glad we chose this stop. It was noon when we arrived, they were fairly busy, but we were still seated promptly. The food was overall good quality and portions were appropriate for the price overall!

Came in for lunch with the lady and had a great time. Mixed drinks from the bar were great (gratefully dead, electric lemonade)! And the bartender Taylor did awesome. We got the jbucks Mac and cheese and the bourbon glazed pork chops and they were phenomenal! The Mac and cheese was a perfect cheesy and creamy consistency and the pork chops were just great. The Rice pilaf side is very tasty and I recommend it with the green beans aswell. We ended with a brownie skillet which was also very good. Service was great my drink never went under half full. I waited at the most 9 minutes for both entrees and maybe 5 for the desert. Great Job!

I go to Big Whiskeys on Republic Road whenever I am in Springfield. The service is always amazing, the staff are smiling and welcoming, and management always asks me how everything is going. They still have that neighborhood feel when other places you feel like a number. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. My granddaughter has a peanut allergy. Everyone from the server to the manager to the kitchen staff ensured my granddaughter had a safe and yummy meal. Jay, the manager, made sure everything was exactly as it should be. Thank you Big Whiskeys for never letting me down. I will be back again!

My girlfriend and I came here for Valentine’s Day and it was amazing! The wait staff was amazing, made sure our drinks were full, asked multiple times if we needed anything, and don’t even get me started on the food. I ordered the half rack of ribs and could’ve sworn it was a full! They were so tender and amazing!!! Could not recommend it more!

Not the best visit I’ve had. Food took a long time to come out. We were not warned about the wait for service as we were sat fairly quickly. We were told of a large party that ordered before us only after we waited for about 45 minutes for our food. Portion sizes were very small for the price. My small wrap came with about 15 fries. I asked if it was a normal portion size and the manager said she would get us more fries and it shouldn’t be long for them to come out. We never saw them. Our portion of the bill was about $44 for 3 people. Average quality food, poor communication, slow service with plenty of empty tables. Not sure if or when we’ll be back. Giving three stars because I know they can do better and we have had better service there before.

Very good food!! The pasta very high quality, pretzels and beer cheese was awesome, fried pickles were wonderful especially with the home made ranch. First time eating here and I am very impressed, would definitely come again and will be recommending!

Ordered for pick up. A nightmare getting the food once we arrived. The hostess station was completely disorganized. Once home, the food was mediocre. 3 burgers and all were very dry and overcooked. Fries cold. Salmon was also overcooked and the rice pilaf was sitting in a puddle of grease. Broccoli overcooked and mushy. Overall, super disappointing for over $100 of food. Probably won’t order again.

Wonderful experience & excellent service. My server Emma was very polite, sweet, and helpful. Everything was done in a timely manner. The food came out quickly and was very good. I didn’t have to wait for service at all, she was very on it. I will certainly ask for Emma at my future visits!

The service my group got for the Chiefs game was outstanding, even being in Springfield. The food is really good. And as a Chiefs fan, the atmosphere was great!

We only moved here a few months ago, but this place is close to where we live. Food is always pretty good, and reasonably priced! The service sets the place apart, from its local competition! Shane, Alexa and Tony are the only bartenders we’ve had take care of us, but they are all excellent!! We’ve only been there a handful times, but they already know my name and what I drink! Customer service is a lost art, these days. You don’t always get it, when you go out for a meal or a just a drink. It’s always nice when someone remembers you! It makes you feel, like you are welcome!!
