As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I really enjoy the burgers and fries here. A departure from the boring mcdonalds or burger king. Service was pretty good. Ive eaten here a few times and they have not messed up my order. They have two drive through lanes. The one on the left requires you to use the passemger side window. Mildly inconvenient but still great to help move lines quicker. Definitely will be eating here again. Highly recommend.

I love Checkers food. Can’t go wrong with any of the burgers. Their fries are also awesome especially when they’re fresh. If there’s no one in front of you the service is pretty fast. I do get a little uneasy when I give them my credit card and they go out of sight because you can’t see through the left side of the window.
Now on to today’s visit… I ordered a Coke no ice and I guess the syrup was running out because it tasted like watered down dark liquid. It wasn’t Diet Coke because that actually tastes good. Lastly, there are two large potholes after the drive-thru window on the main, right hand side lane. You have to be careful driving over them, and go very slow. They are both over a foot wide.
Overall I will be going back for the occasional treat.

I absolutely hate the AI taking the order in the drive thru, however after an encounter with the staff I see why. They simple do not know how to speak to people. The food was good though. So, kudos to them.

Negatives: 1. I don’t know where checkers gets off thinking that that’s a pretzel bun but the only way it’s not just a brioche bun is if they didn’t give me the correct bun. 2. I don’t like the ai voiceover the drive thru is given, even if the workers inside are listening.
Ultimately, will probably not return or order for myself if I do.

I picked up lunch here for myself & my grandson who was home sick on 11/17/2025. The Spanish speaking lady at the walk up window who took my order was very kind. After taking my order & paying for my order she noticed my military ID card amongst my other cards. She said the next I visit to ensure I show my military ID for a discount. I thanked her & let her know I did not know they did military discounts & that I would do this next time on my visit. After receiving my order from the manager I went to my car & checked my bag to ensure everything was in my bag that I had ordered. I did not notice my apple pies were in the bag. I went back to the window and asked about the apple pies & the manager who had placed everything in the bag said they were in the bag because she placed everything in my bag. I told I would recheck the bag. I went back to my car & rechecked it again & sure enough they were in there. I overlooked them mistakenly. My sincere apologies to the manager on duty, please forgive my oversight. My whole order was correct & delicious. Thank you very much!!☺️☺️

They’re trying to use AI and it’s God awful. It doesn’t even comprehend your order. I asked for a real person and they still got it wrong. They gave me a completely different sandwich than what I asked for AFTER repeating what I wanted back. How do you do that? I didn’t realize it until I got home.

The food here is always fresh but the service is pretty bad. They constantly get ordered wrong. Forget items. And today I asked for extra mayo. Was told they don’t have any. I asked “don’t you put it on the burgers?” They said yes but we don’t have any packets. I said “no problem just put a little in a cup” was told “we don’t have cups” I then said “I don’t care what you put it on, a bag? A napkin? Whatever.” Was told “we don’t have any” horrible service

I really like Checkers food than many fast food places.
Their food tastes good and price is cheap too since it’s fast food place. That’s why we sometimes stop by here if we ever crave for fast food.
However, their servers are not nice. They got some attitudes, it’s like they don’t care, & we customers are some type of poor people LOL.
Manager/supervisor should definitely tell the employees about it.
Afterall, Customer Service is one of the main reason Chick-fil-A is in high rank.

Went here last night and ordered a checker burger no pickles , hot dog with chili, fries and a drink. The fries were hot and good but the bread for the burger was hard and stale. When I got home and was eating the hot dog there was a long piece of hair mixed in with it. HIGHLY DISTURBING AND DISGUSTING because that shit was in my mouth!. I felt something and started to pull on it and IMMEDIATELY spit it out and threw the hot dog away! Whoever is and was the manager should have done a better job checking the freshness of the buns and should be making the cooks wear hairnets.!! I have never had an issue with this location until last night. You can tell when the manager that cares about the quality they send out because it shows and tastes in the freshness of the food being put out. I know it’s “fast food” and not super high quality but still food and you wouldn’t want to eat or pay for it.
