Tiara was horrible. She was on her personal cell phone when I arrived. I had a coupon. The amount she gave me was not totaled properly. When I asked why, she said that she charged me for a drink. I told her I didn’t ask for a drink and that I was having water. She proceeded to tell me that a drink came with it. Ma’am, it does not come with it if you charged me for it. Comes with it, means already covered in the price and not a separate charge. My aunt decided that she wanted a to-go cup. I asked how much the cup would be with my military discount. She told me that in order to ring up the military discount, it could not be voided. That I would have to purchase the cup for her to tell me how much. I simply don’t understand her reasoning. I asked for a manager. With a smirk, she told me that she was the manager.
I’m a disabled veteran, unable to work. This was a rare treat that I was only able to afford because of the coupon. I realize that I was not paying full price, but I did expect to be treated nicer.
There is a large sign on the buffet stating that personal pizzas would no longer be made for special orders. It would be a half pizza placed on the buffet. I waited a very long time to order the taco pizza. Of course, it was Tiara who helped me. I’m thinking that she didn’t think that I could read. I asked for the taco pizza. With an attitude, she told me that the personal pizza could not be made. I read the sign to her. She said okay.
I arrived there just after 7. By the time I finished my salad and was ready to eat pizza, they had taken the pasta portion down. I really wanted the sauce to go with my cheese bread even if I couldn’t get the pasta. I was out of luck. I was finishing up around 8. Of course, there were no more brownies. I did ask. I don’t understand how they were shutting down and out of things when they didn’t close for another 2 hours. It was my worst dining experience in a very long time.

I went in for what I believed would be a simple take out order. Register/”hostess” spent most of her time preening. I waited for my order to be ready and was shocked when I was scolded for filling the container for pasta. I was informed that you “aren’t supposed to FILL it —it only filled HALF-WAY” and then she refused to allow me to have the marinara on the side. In a paper cup. Then informed me that she was supposed to also charge me for the takeaway dish as well BUT HADN’T as if this would make me feel better about the “rules” about not having sauce on the side in a small cup. It didn’t. In fact after that and several other disturbing observations I was granted a return on my still incomplete order and I left. Pines Rd location is 10,000x better on all fronts but especially with customer service. Loyalty creates longstanding sustainability. Unreasonable price gouging and poor employee training does not.
TL;DR -the youree location is not for you

We used to get Cici’s at least twice a month. Sometimes three times a month. Then about 2 months ago they redid their app and weren’t able to check out on it anymore. I sent them an email about it. No one responded. Forget calling because they never answer the phone. I went in and ordered today after a very long roadtrip. I was really looking forward to my pizza and not cooking. I ordered two medium pizzas. One cheese, one pepperoni, both extra cheese. Simple right? Nope. Apparently not. They charged me double for extra cheese on the pepperoni one and didn’t even put extra cheese one either pizza! On top of that they never called my order number to come get it when it was ready. I had to go ask for it after waiting a considerable time. I will say the guy who eventually gave me my order was very nice. This is the only highlight of this experience. Otherwise the quality control and the service has gone completely downhill. They need to get their act together.

First time we went (in years) a couple months ago it was on a Monday about 8pm there weren’t many options we kept going to the buffet to empty trays with no pizzas in the oven so we didn’t get to eat very much, we figured it would be different at dinner time on a Friday so we went Friday at about 5:30 and it was the same story hardly any food coming out so it wasn’t really worth the price. I guess we’ll give it one last chance since I love the cinnamon rolls and my son loves the arcade

We were greeted by multiple people when we arrived and during our visit. “Granny Rae” made sure we were enjoying our food and that we had everything we needed. Everyone working here was personable and friendly. The whole place is clean, good music. It was a pleasure to visit today and I will be back. They made us feel like family. What a wonderful experience. I hope their managers treat them really well. You don’t find a place where EVERY employee is so friendly and welcoming. Our visit was September 28th from about 4:30 to 5:30. Thank you all!!!!

Usually this place is great but tonight I requested a pizza on a slow night and it was never made. Was a lady just on the phone making the pizzas the entire time (45 mins) not paying attention to her job. If she would just get off the phone maybe I would have been happier. Management needs to address her

Pizza’s were puddled with grease. Crust rubbery best way I can describe it. Now for a plus the 8yr olds we brought along enjoyed it so in the end that’s all that matters.

What can you say about CiCi’s? Reasonably priced buffet that gives you what you want. It’s good but not great. They only legitimately good pizza they have is there cheese sticks. Nothing else really has significant flavor. Probably still better than Pizza Hut though.

During our visit, the facility was impeccably clean. I greatly appreciate the staff’s attentiveness in addressing my wife’s tomato allergy, as they prepared several tomato-free pizza options for the buffet.

Had a great time eating at Cici’s. We came during a rush, but there was no long wait when placing our orders. The restaurant has a colorful energetic decor with plenty of seating space and great arrangements to enjoy your meal with your family. The staff were all polite and very helpful, but I want to give special recognition to the pizza presario Mike. He kept the buffet stocked with all the Cicis classics and favorites, as well as took the time to cater to special requests from the dining floor. He operated very professionally and efficiently, and it was obvious he took pride in his work, which made eating it that much more enjoyable. Definitely reccomend a visit.
