Today we went after church to buy seasoned fries, and a breakfast burrito. We ordered 4 fries.. the fries were horrible.. they were double fried, or left to cook for to long. It was obvious the oil was old. I paid a lot of money for food that wasn’t even eatable and extra on the unhealthy side… We ended up not eating it and throwing it all out. I wasted my money..
I did let them know that I was very un happy with the quality of the fries and we use to eat here all the time. But not anymore.

I did an online order this morning got 2 bacon burrito and picked it up through the drive thru. When I left the drive thru I opened my burrito up to check if it had chili and I found a WHITE HAIR I turned back around and went inside to show employee and when I said “hey sorry I found a hair “ she had such an attitude and said “ hmm where?” Without even looking so I pulled the hair out and WAS to have them remake it however her attitude caught me off guard and I was disgusted the food and service at this point, figured I was hungry anyways and my kids were waiting at home for their special requested breakfast and when I just said remake it she brought me back a “fresh burrito” I checked it again and the cheese was COLD I asked her “it’s cold would u eat that?” She said “well she just made it fresh” I said that is not fresh.. so she asked if I wanted a refund and I said yes and she “ mmmm okay” she was so rude I paid online with a digital card and she said I needed to have my physical card which is understandable so I did leave with a nasty comment and told them they sucked! And FINALLY a manager came to the front and I explained to her the situation but I was so mad I was being treated poorly I just took my food and left.

I placed an online order. Got to the store right at pick up time. They said it was still being made and to pull forward. No problem. 30 minutes we’re still waiting for our food. They’re not busy. I try calling the store. No one answers so I go inside. Girl at the front counter is chewing on her fingers and then pulls out her phone. Finally speak to who I’m assuming is the manager. They go to check on my order and I hear a person from the back say they found the ticket on the floor and are making it now. I go back out to wait in my car and the girl who brings the order says nothing to me and just shoves the 2 bags of food through the window and walks away. I told her I’m missing my shake. She asks to see the ticket and says I don’t see a shake on there and walks away. I pull up my order on the app and surprise there’s a shake on there. I go back inside. There’s an employee mopping the floor with no wet floor sign and as she’s mopping and I’m waiting to speak to someone again she hits my shoes with the mop twice. Finally someone asks to help me I show them my mobile receipt with the shake and the kid makes it. Meanwhile the manager and 2 other employees are just standing around talking. Zero sense of urgency and terrible customer service. I also work in the food industry so I was trying not to lose my cool but my God Blake’s really needs to evaluate the employees at this store.

This was one of the better Blake’s I’ve had in Albuquerque. Ordered online and got food 1-2 min after quote. The fries were super fresh. The burgers did lack seasoning, salt helped. The buns could have been toasted a bit more. Overall the food was great. The atmosphere outside may deter you from actually stopping, they do have a drive thru! Perfect stop after or on the way to top golf, off I25 easy access.

I absolutely love the breakfast burrito I came often to Montgomery n carsile the girls are so nice, today I got my burrito I didn’t get beans so I went back to the drive thru and was treated with respect and she made another one it was so yummy Thank you for being so kind.. I also see so many bad reviews that we don’t deserve being raised in family restaurants kinda sucks when people are judging being hateful not realizing that we all make mistakes no one is perfect I feel at times if others are so picky and always so demanding on their food then please don’t go out to eat so cooks or wait staff don’t have their shifts ruined by hateful comments or just bad reviews it really affects us and usually it’s not are fault but yet we apologize loosing our tips just be kind and you will see how the kindness will come right back to you…:)

Almost took 20 minutes to get my food it wasn’t busy and told them no mustard they bring it out and there mustard and handed it back to them and told them there mustard and employee took it back still mustard I thought 3rd time would be charm nope I got home all they did was give me the same patty and bottom bum with mustard. Like is the crew dumb or something? I’ll be reporting this location to the better business bureau and all the employees who think it’s a joke
