Food was cooked fresh, served fast, and staff was very friendly. I only eat meat & dairy 99.9% of the time. These 4 triple cheese add extra patty were pretty darn good for fast food in a pinch.

Used the McDonald’s app to order from and went through the drive-through.to give my code number and to pick up. They now have two lanes to speak to an employee which makes it pretty quick. I received what I order, although, I have to check each time due to not always getting what I ordered. The food was good.

Usually stop here everytime we take my daughter to lexington. We stopped today on our way home and the food was very fresh. I like that it is easy to get to but getting out is a little tricky if you have to get back to the interstate.

Start by saying this place is really bad u had worker last 2-14 2026 had a worker in front of the manager fondling her boyfriend in the lobby while we were trying to eat then got my burger completely raw manager said was going to make sure it was done only to see her in the lobby so I wasn’t going to eat it after the worker had done something to it. So warning people to watch there food closely if u come to this restaurant…Just to finish need to get rid of the kids working here and bring someone in to actually want to work pathetic place especially since my gf in a Christian……pathetic

The staff in the drive thru are all friendly. But if you order in the app, no matter the time of day, you will ALWAYS be told to pull up and have to wait longer for your food. This location is the only McDonalds that does this to me. Every. Single. Time.

Absolutely fantastic service. I especially enjoyed how Ms. Shawna took the time to look at my mother’s debit card and thanked her by name. It was a nice touch and a good bit of personalized service. Great job Ms. Shawna!

My sister and I stopped there in the early afternoon on 102/2025. The young man was completely indifferent when I ask for help when ordering from the kiosk. He was surly and not very pleasant. My sister and I are in our 80’s, and just needed a question answered. Now for the order. It was only a cheese burger and Big Mack and 2 drinks. The order came out expeditiously and we started to eat, immediately realizing something wrong. The “cheeseburger” had no cheese, I checked the receipt, it said cheeseburger. The Big Mac was thrown together and was a big runny mess, awful. I asked for another cheeseburger that actually had cheese on it. I got no “sorry or apology” . Just a bored face that said ok. We eventually got the rest of the order. Oh, it was probably less than 60 degrees in the dining room. Very uncomfortable. Undoubtably the worst McDonald experience I have ever had.

I will never eat at this mcdonalds ever again. I have a neice that works at this particular location. There are two specific managers that treat their staff like they are the lowest form of life. Having managers scream and humiliate their staff in front of customers is unacceptable. If you can’t handle the stress of your position then maybe you need more training on how to better to communicate with others giving them the dignity and respect they deserve.

Ordered 2 quarter pounders , large fry. The hamburger was not cooked in the center. The large fries look like small fries. Not the first time this has happened. Most times they never get my order right.
