I don’t know the name of the lady working the drive thru (12/16/25 1:15 pm) but she needs to learn to be more personable or find a different job. She yells through the intercom, doesn’t have a friendly tone at all even at the window. I’ve had this experience at least 6 times this year. Today when I heard her very distinctive voice on the intercom, I just drove off and went to McD’s for a very sub par ice cream but at least I wasn’t being screamed at through the intercom.

Each time that Ive come thru drive thru, the blizzards are always dripping on the sides with the workers not wiping it. Sometimes they give me napkins, or the others none. Tonight I didn’t get any from them, as usual, it was dripping off and got in my car.
When she took my card, she walked away so I didn’t see where she went. I dont trust that as who knows if they wrote down my card or took a pic of it. I didn’t get my receipt either as she handed out my blizzards to me.
She never said Thank-you. She just continued to take orders on her headset never looking at me. She seems like she might have been management as her shirt was different than the other’s uniform; hers was black. I just don’t understand the unfriendliness.
There was no cars in front of me and by the time I left just one car behind me. There were 2 guest in the lobby at register. So it’s not like it was crazy busy at all. Very disappointed.

This was a really great Dairy Queen! Usually they’re a little older style but this one was renovated and larger so there was a lot more room for everyone. Business was pretty steady and busy while we were there but even so everyone was really nice and service was fast. They had a pretty large selection of cakes in the cooler and the seating area was open, clean, and comfortable. If you need your blizzard fix this is the DQ to go to!

Typical DQ. However VERY CLEAN inside. I don’t dine in at a lot of fast food places anymore. Like maybe once a year and I did here and didn’t hate it. It wasn’t packed, speedy, polite service, they brought food to table and not all that expensive for this current economy. Overall not bad.

Ordered a 4 piece chicken strip meal and I got raw chicken. Tried to call the store and the phone line disconnected while calling. And now I can’t even contact the store directly. So, I had to make an official complaint to the corporate site.
Edit (4/1/2023): Got in contact with the store manager and they offered me a refund and a gift card for the inconvenience. While I am dissatisfied with the initial service, I’m glad they responded quickly.

Tonight we went to Dairy Queen and placed an online order. Not realizing it was marked for “pickup,” we went through the drive-thru. Instead of politely letting us know, the employee loudly yelled through the speaker to a coworker that they had to “find the ticket” because it wasn’t placed as a drive-thru order.
When we got to the window, the girl with purple hair handed us the food without a single word and immediately shut the window. No greeting, no “thank you,” nothing. Unfortunately, this seems to be a pattern every time we visit—attitudes are anything but pleasant.
Thanks, Dairy Queen, for another “memorable” family outing. Honestly, watching paint dry would have been a more enjoyable experience

Went in last week3nd and the girl told us the blizzard machine was broken. Took her about 10 mins to take the 2 ladies’ orders ahead of us. She was so slow. She told us she had been up till 4:30 am. because she graduated from South Central the day before. She was slurring her words and super slow in everything she did. The customers behind us were even talking about it. I ran a few restaurants years ago, and I’d have either told her to go home or fired her. Oh, on top of that, she messed up my order, too. I’m not going back there as much as I like their blizzards it’s not worth it. And the manager was there so know he was aware.

Came in to Dairy Queen for lunch. The service was fast and friendly. We sat at the table and food was brought to our table. The food was hot and fresh and price is good. Keep up the great work and thank you for showing pride in your job
