I really forgot just how delicious Chili’s is. I decided to try here for dinner this past week and was very pleased! We were greeted upon entry by a nice lady and was sat quickly. Our waitress Heather was an absolute delight! She was welcoming, kind and very knowledgeable of the menu. She took our orders accurately and it was a minimal wait time to get our meals. The southwest egg rolls were flavorful and my meal, the brisket quesadillas were delicious. It was a great visit and ill definitely remember to keep coming to Chili’s.

I always ask for my burger well well done. Despite emphasizing how well I would like my burger prepared, it is always undercooked. Which is a health and safety issue. When I complain to management they insist I bring the burger back in the same day and gave me a $10 gift card. This is the 4th time my burger has been undercooked so it seems that no one is talking to the cooks. At this point I just stopped going to location. For the past two weeks, I’ve been trying to make time to stop by this Chili’s for lunch, and today I finally did — it was absolutely worth the wait. The food was great, fresh, and full of flavor.
What really made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone was pleasant, friendly, and incredibly attentive to our needs from the moment we walked in. It’s not every day you receive service that genuinely makes you feel welcomed and taken care of.
I’ll definitely be returning soon! Highly recommend this location for a great meal and even better service.

We ate here on 2/17/26. The wait staff was professional, efficient and kept our glasses full. The food was hot and came out in a timely manner. It was delicious! From the moment we stepped through the door the staff worked as a Team to serve us. We will be back!

My husband and I came for lunch on Saturday and it was a bit hard to find the available parking spot.
When we went inside, the guy (sorry forget the name) ushered us to the table and took our order. We ordered the combo package with ribs, corn, and chicken (forget the name). It was a bit crowded so it’s understandable if the food was taking a bit longer than what we expected. However, the wait didn’t disappoint us because the food was yummy and delicious. We love the honey chicken strips. The ribs were good, juicy but it was a bit salty for us. before we went back home, we ordered the dessert. It was a chocolate cake lava with vanilla ice cream. It was mouth watering and delicious.
Overall the experience we had here was pleasant and good.

This is the friendliest, most welcoming Chili’s I’ve ever been to! I stopped in yesterday around 6 pm. Heather & Ann took really good care of me at the bar, & a third employee assisted by bringing me water with lemon. He was so quick to bring it & so attentive, you would have thought it was the most expensive drink in the house! There is definitely NOT a “that’s not my table” attitude here! Everyone works together like family, & they make the customer feel like family. I’ll definitely be back!

Tracey(hopefully I spelled that correctly), was a fantastic waitress. She had a nightmare table of roughly 18 people with screaming kids and was still able to take care of us very quickly. Thank you for the pleasant experience!

After a long day at work and grocery shopping I decided to go in for dinner, we asked for a triple dipper, and our entrees, we waited about 40 minutes and the waitress shows up with entrees and never got the appetizer, my steak was medium well and I had asked for rare, and I thought, this is the worse experience, the waitress comes and I tell her the steak is way over cooked for my liking, then the experience changed, the manager came, apologized the waitress was so embarrassed but did not hide, she made sure I got my new steak cooked fast and to temperature, the mashed potatoes were fresh and the broccoli was cooked al dente. After a rough start the made my dinner experience to go from not so good to a memorable one, thank you for going above and beyond. We will be coming back.

Signed in when I arrived to get the order delivered curbside. No one came out with the order and after 10 minutes of waiting passed I went in to check the order. I waited for another 5-10 minutes to even be acknowledged and they asked about who my order was for. They then informed me that someone must have taken my order by mistake. Which isn’t a surprise since no one was monitoring the food pick up area. After another 10 minutes of waiting they inform me that they can either refund the order or remake it. I choose to have the order remade. After an hour passed the original pickup time I finally get my order. At this point I just want to get home and eat so I didn’t check everything until I got home. When I did get home and check I found the food was so poorly made and the salad wasn’t even made correctly. The salad had no dressing and the quesadillas were so poorly made they simply fell open when I picked on up showing how little cheese was used in them. The chicken sandwich had the smallest amount of mayo I had ever seen and the bacon was barely cooked. The loaded mash potatoes looked like the bacon also wasn’t cooked properly either.
The overall service, interactions, and food have made it so I don’t plan to visit this restaurant again. Side note there’s a shape nail in the floor by the food pickup sticking up.
