My first time visiting this location and it was what I expected. I went around lunch time and it was very busy. Line moved quickly and staff was decent. The quality of food is ok, I just wish they were more aware of how they fix your food. It’s like they slop your bowl together down the line. Overall I really like this place over like chipotle or Qdoba.

This was my first time at Cava. I got the Steak + Feta pita and it was delicious. The employees were also helpful in helping me find something good to eat. The atmosphere was great especially with the patio and it being beautiful outside. I’m definitely coming back to this place!

Ill start off by saying the food is good and the people were friendly, but the people who made my bowls need a lesson in food safety.
It was two guys and they had gloves on which is great, but they used those same gloves to handle the cash register touch screen and they used the same gloves to touch the counter and to lift the containers holding the food. Its nasty watching them touch my food fully with the same glove.

So I would like to say this was by far the Best Cava location I have went to.. The food was a 10 out of 10. Well seasoned and the food was not dry at the bar. The staff there are so polite and customer service oriented.. And they Greeted me with a smile.. which for me, for me is a plus, when someone is dishing out my food.. With being said, I’d like to give a huge shout out to Korey. For all of thee above. My food was soooooo good and the care and kindness he gave, made me order another bowl for my husband for dinner tonight. I really just wanted my husband to taste and experience what I had at this location. Oh and there was another staff, older black lady, my apologies I didn’t get her name. She was supper nice and friendly as well.. Oh and one more thing, I promise. lol. The place was very clean, you can tell they really pride themselves in cleanliness. Which is another plus’s.. So I gave them 2 pluses, so far we can say this place is an A++ to eat here.

I love CAVA. Usually the food is fresh and delicious, the staff are very friendly and the location is clean. There were 2 big issues: the rice was not being checked and had dried out and was hard, which really affected the overall meal. That told me how much attention the staff were paying to quality. Secondly, even though there were only 3 tables occupied and very few customers, the restaurant was very dirty and unkempt. The utensils had run out so I took them from the to-go area. The drink dispenser area was messy. The trash was overflowing and flies were coming out of it and all over the restaurant. The tables and floor had not been cleaned. Music was loud. I brought a friend to CAVA for her first time, and this was what we experienced for a meal costing almost $40. I was bummed. I will avoid this location.

Staff are helpful if youve never been here before and will help you pick a good bowl out. Def reccomend this over your usual fast casual dining, healthier and honestly tastes better. Their drinks slap too

Waited almost 20 minutes. No employee acknowledge me, I had to ask for my order twice and it still wasn’t ready. I’m requesting a full refund and a review of this restaurant. I never got my food. And all I ordered was pita chips and hummus. The employees were so disrespectful, one lady waited an hour for her order. They did not engage with us, they were too busy, gossiping and yapping in the back.
They didn’t apologize for the wait or offer any assistance. Their excuse was that they were shortstaffed. Not our problem. Unacceptable. People waiting on Mobile orders we’re waiting egregiously longer than people in the line. Absolutely unacceptable.
