First time visiting. Dinner time on a Friday. Saw lots of carry out but only ourselves staying inside to eat. Excellent options for the menu and reasonable prices. We will definitely be back!

I will start with the positive. Food was great, hot fresh and delicious. That was the only saving grace. Service sucked. We were the only ones in the restaurant. The counter guy never looked up from his phone, never greeted us, never asked if we wanted sauces with our chicken, never said thank you. He had in ear phones and was on his phone the whole time, we even asked about what sauces they had, no answer. We asked if a soda came with a meal, no answer. Ended up paying for an extra drink because guess what it was include. Won’t be going back to this location.

Food was good but the service was just terrible. Did not feel welcome. The cashier did not care. Seemed very annoyed when I asked simple questions. Answers were rude. I specifically asked to place the sauces on the side but they messed this up so my kids couldn’t eat the boneless.

First time trying this place and food was so good I went back next day to try more items on menu and it was phenomenal! The chicken was always hot and fresh very well seasoned and will keep you wanting more! The biggest disappointment was the fried Oreos. I guess they fried the Oreos in same grease as the chicken, as I went to tries the Oreos and the batter tasted exactly like the chicken which wasn’t the best combination to me. Outside of that the tenders, waffle fries and the wrap were all very good!

I’ve only been there a few times and so far it hasn’t disappointed. The food quality is amazing, specially when it comes to their chicken.. it’s juicy, tender and great flavor. They definitely know how to make waffle fries. We have only tried a few items but every single one of them has been great. Lastly, the service and atmosphere of the restaurant is a vibe. Tito has made very welcoming and always providing amazing service. It’s definitely worth a try!

Great food. We had, wraps, sandwiches and the hoagie with deep fried oreos, yummy! Cool place for a lonesome lunch or to take your family to. Prices are reasonable.

I’ve been coming to Mad Chicken many times and always had great experiences in the past. The staff used to greet customers with a smile and positive energy, which made the visit enjoyable every time. Unfortunately, things seem to have changed recently. The new front counter team doesn’t appear as welcoming, they often seem upset or uninterested, and it really affects the atmosphere.
I personally know the owner, who is a very kind and hardworking person, so I’m sharing this feedback sincerely. I hope management can work on improving customer service again because Mad Chicken has always been one of my favorite spots.

I recently visited this restaurant and had an amazing experience! The reception staff was very friendly and welcoming, helping me choose the perfect dish from the menu. The food was absolutely delicious—high-quality ingredients, fantastic flavors, and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great service and outstanding food!
