Went through drive through had to pull up and wait with no one else in line. When we got food the French fries were old and cold. My sandwich was cold and both of our sweet teas were just barely sweet water! They got to do better!

I hate regret to say that I was very disappointed and I usually am not at this arby’s and the food is always normally really good, but I ordered 2 loaded Italians pay for it online. This morning, I’m with to go pick it up and was informed. They don’t make them anymore so I ended up getting Roast Beef and Swiss French dips but cheese was melted all over the paper.Not on the sandwich and the only gave me not even a half a container of the au jus how is very disappointing?Never have I had this kind of experience with ordering online and then not getting what I ordered

Stopped in while my son & I happened to be out in Summerville on a Saturday afternoon. I know Arby’s is pushing for people to order online, because we walked in to find absolutely no one behind the counter. We waited for a few minutes before someone came to help us. She took part of our order then abruptly walked away. Someone else then came out and we started the order again. She was polite enough but was flat and without a hint of a smile or any personality whatsoever. Then we waited…and waited…and waited. Apparently we were also penalized for ordering in the store by only getting half-filled containers of fries. This place absolutely sucked the joy out of me.

The sandwich was just ok. Lots of fat. Instead of cooking fresh curly fries they gave me scraps from the bottom of the pan. And I order an apple turnover unheated. The one they gave me seemed to be heated yesterday as was flat as a pancake and the icing was melted and then dried to the paper. Had I not been on the road, I would have returned it. It was a horrible meal. I will never go there again.

Ordered 4 for 10 roast beef sandwichs. Two in which threw out in trash. One had old beef, other one thick slice…gross. plus, asked for sauce packets. Only 6 in entire store, in which were very old, brown in color, NOT redish. With NEVER come to THIS store again. I will drive 10 more miles away.

This last visit was horrible! Shake machine was broken which is typical of McDonald’s NOT Arby’s. Ordered medium crinkle cut fries, looked like a small and wasn’t even filled up. Half of the fries were curly which are nasty and the crinkle cuts I did receive were mostly the hard “end” pieces. It’s usually great here but this time was a fail. Should have checked my bag before leaving drive thru.

Service sucked! Or should I say, no one would come out from the back to take our order. Two employees stood in view just 6ft away talking to each other about non business stuff. My wife went to the counter while I went to wash my hands, the faucet in the men’s room still is not working. So the hope the employees are at least washing their hands in the kitchen sink. After leaving the restroom, one of the employees acknowledged me, but never went to the counter. Even after my wife said “excuse me”. We wait 5 minutes and left. Not busy at all. Drive thru was even empty! Lazy slack employees!

Ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches, and 1 beef n cheddar. The meat looked like cow tongues on the 2 roast beefs was also grey in color, on the beef n cheddar the meat was raw in color and had a lot of the tubing in it. Went to take the meat in in a zip lock bag the next day, I waited at the counter for a few minutes. There was a lady waiting and said she’s been there 10 minutes trying to order. When a lady came up she was rude, she said they just cut the meat thick and it was the end parts of the meat, that there was nothing wrong with it! I said look at the color. She said so what do u want, another sandwich, I said no my money back. She couldn’t do it so I called cooperate. A guy that answered the phone the night that I got it to ask about the meat, and I asked for a manager or supervisor, he said for what, very rudely. I will NEVER go back to this location. Nasty and rude! Never had meat like that before, ever!
