Fries were cold and sandwiches came out with sauce all over the outside of the sandwich and buns thrown on. Service was a little slow but it was lunch rush and our order was correct at least. The screens weren’t working so it was also difficult to order.

Went through the drivethrough – thought it would be quick. It wasn’t. Should have gone to the next exit. Was order taker/cashier overwhelmed? Never spoke to me the whole time i was at the window. Fries were cold and saltless.

Rude and disrespectful! I was given a raw egg on my sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. You can clearly see the difference between the two sandwiches purchased at the same time in the same order. The lady in the picture was rude and disrespectful to me because I would not throw this sandwich away after having to come back in so my order is corrected. She told me not to come back. I asked her name because she’s not wearing a name tag and she would not give it to me so, I took a picture. Funny, I will be reporting this person to their corporate office. No one should have to be treated this way especially, while paying these outrageous prices.

Update Update Update….. McDonald’s corporate office has failed to date to correspond with me regarding this matter.

I made a mobile order, but the manager took my order to his kitchen and made me wait another 2 minutes. Although he could leave my order just tinctures and I would pick it up myself.
I would like a better service.

P.S.: My Burger was not fresh

I’m pretty sure this is not the kind of product that the McDonald’s corporation wants being served it only takes a few seconds to wipe your spatula off on the towel your supposed to have by the grill area or just keep your grill clean. If I wanted eggs that look like that I’ll cook my own breakfast.
