We came for brunch and it did not disappoint. The eggs Benedict, and three meat skillet were delicious. The Bloody Mary was probably the best I ever had

First time at The Flying Egg in Bethlehem. We fell in love with the food and the atmosphere. Their Bloody Mary was the best in the Valley, hands down. This place is a must, and is a new go-to for delicious breakfast. Make a reservation! This place is hoping!

Place was really nice , right on Main Street. Quiet , dim lighting and relaxed back atmosphere . Menu is all breakfast and lunch items. I had a great spinach and cheese omelet either English muffin and home fries. My granddaughter ordered a french toast but said it was too sweet for her.

My wife and I visited The Flying Egg during our anniversary vacation in Bethlehem, and it was easily one of the best breakfast spots we’ve ever been to. We had seen the great reviews beforehand, and this place absolutely lived up to the hype.
Amanda ordered pancakes, and let me tell you—she’s a pancake critic, and even she said they were some of the best she’s ever had. We also shared turkey bacon, which was perfectly cooked and delicious. The eggs were excellent as well. I went for the Short Rib Benedict, and it did not disappoint—the short ribs were plentiful and tender, the sauce was flavorful, and the home fries… oh my goodness, the home fries were outstanding.
The drinks were just as impressive. We tried the breakfast margarita, pumpkin spice martini, rumchata hot chocolate, and Bloody Mary, and every single one was 10/10. Boozy in the best way—flavorful without being overpowering.
What really made the experience special, though, was the staff. Our server Alexis was incredibly attentive, kind, and thoughtful. She even surprised us with a little anniversary platter topped with fruit and whipped cream, which meant so much to us.
Overall, The Flying Egg is a must-visit in Bethlehem. Between the amazing food, creative drinks, and warm hospitality, we couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate. If I’m ever in Bethlehem again, I’ll definitely be back!

Sunday breakfast was delicious. It did take a while to get our food, but it was busy so that’s to be expected. If I wanted fast food I would have gone to McDonalds. Service was good and food was great! I had the avocado toast and my husband had a Greek omelet. Yummy!

Alot of breakfast options ( including vegetarian and vegan). The food was fresh and portions were average size. Staff was friendly.
They also offer cocktails.

This past Saturday, I enjoyed a late lunch at The Flying Egg, and I just have to give praise to the cook who made my chicken and waffles. It was incredibly delicious—definitely one of the highlights of my weekend. Would highly recommend!

My party of 4 received horrible service. I hate to write a bad review but James didn’t even serve us water or refill our coffee, nor checked on us. We had to ask for our utensils after being served our meals… I understand it can be super busy but to not even bring water or utensils until asked was pretty crazy. Other than that the food was good!

What I love about this place is that they are open 7 days a week which is becoming more of a rarity these days in the Lehigh valley restaurant business. Foods and service were good but the latte art could use some improvement. Nevertheless, It was a good experience so will
definitely return again.

We came here after we found out our regular spot was closed for the day, and I’m so glad we did. Everything we had was absolutely delicious, especially our Chicken and Waffles and Three Meat Skillet. Even the fresh orange juice tasted really good. The service was very nice, and the atmosphere made us feel very cozy. Wonderful place for breakfast to lunch, will definitely come back here again.
