Had a great experience at this McDonald’s today. I met a young man working here named Connor. He had excellent customer service. He Came up to me and he asked if the food was okay and if there’s anything that I may need. I asked for her to go back and he replied with is there anything else before he goes and I told him no. Comes back with the bag with a smile on his face. Tells me to have a nice day. Then he goes off making sure other customers are happy and settling in. This is good customer service and is needed in a lot of McDonald’s. Give this guy a raise he deserves it. Recognize your hard workers and customer service skills. Just what brings more revenue to your restaurants

I asked the manager if he could switch my biscuit for another hash brown he say no we cannot do that and I say OK no problem that little bit of eggs and it’s supposed to come with cheese. The steak was burnt old McDonald’s comes with the scrambled eggs with cheese, bad and no seasoning.

Went after work to get grinch meals. Was fairly busy. Waited 2 cars ahead to order, when I got up to order the board was not visible as I could not move forward enough due to traffic, I was not asked if my order was correct I was just told my cost. When I was told my total I realized that a meal was missing. When I got to first window to pay, they went to asked the manager who told them they could not add anything. When I went to 2cd window to get my food I asked to talk to manager. I explained what happened and she said you need to watch the board and when they asked you if it’s correct that is when you add or correct. I told her the board was not visible and the employee did not ask if everything was correct. She just told me a total and left. The manager said there is nothing she can do and I would have to go back in line. I again tried to explain that staff needs to be sure they ask if everything is correct and that they are not doing that and there needs to be a way to reach someone if something is not correct. The manager on duty 12/3/25 at McDonald’s in Womelsdorf just walked away. Just think this is bad service. I understand they are busy but if employees are not doing what they should be to prevent issues like this It should not be the customers issue. I had 3 meals for 4 grandchildren and yes I could have went back in line and waited another 20 + mins but seems if it was not your mistake you should not have to do that.

I usually don’t do reviews but this food and service was so BAD!
First they forgot some of my food. I went back through drive through and the told me to come around to the second window and they would have it ready when I got there the guy opened the window and just STARED AT ME (looked like he was definitely on drugs or something) I told him I requested my food THEY forgot and he came back and handed them to me without saying a word.
My burger came looking like it was stepped on and had toppings on the outside of the bun. My drink tasted like water it was supposed to be unsweet tea and lemonade.
I was so disappointed with this service and food preparation.
Next time I’ll remember not to order when in the area.

This place is still the same. I’ve made several reviews and I don’t believe I’ve had one from this location that is better than below average. This isn’t gonna be the first one either.
When ordering at the drive-thru you have to repeat your order 3 to 4 times because the window staff says what? It’s the speaker or the headset and this has been like this for several months. When ordering and you verify what your order is they still can’t get it right. It’s not that difficult to get it right. The food doesn’t taste good the portions have gotten smaller and the prices have been increasing I feel like

If you have little to no brain work here. Got a large milkshake and a small milkshake and 3 other things. The guy at the window hands my husband a medium and small shake. A large shake is almost $6 when you pay for a shake that’s that much you expect to get one. My husband asks him if the medium shake was a medium (it says it on the cup) to see what he says. He then says whatever to his coworker and we both heard her say “ok so make them a large” because idk we ordered a large ♀️ he then goes over and gives us another small and says “yea here to go with the medium” idk where they find these people to work here but they look in the depths of stupidity ♀️

Usually I prefer this location. But this morning was a disappointment. This was the pancake they decided to serve at the bottom of the stack so it wouldn’t be seen until it was at home. Just lazy. It wasn’t cooked properly and it looks like some one took a bite out of it. Wish I could give this place a better review.

I wish they would close this down and open something else. The food here is becoming un edible. Tonight my husband want it the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich. Well, there was no chicken in his sandwich! Since this summer every time we get food here there is always a problem. They cant find the app order or they forget the fries or they forget to put the chicken in the sandwich!

We got 2 Big Macs and 10 pc nuggets. Nuggets were not bad. However, bigmac was really disappointing. We couldn’t find the meat in our burgers. We ate a sandwich with just bread and some greens. After our dinner, we wanted to drink coffee and order with pies. After 10 mins, they brought the coffee and told us the pies would be ready in 10 minutes ??! Our coffee got cold while we were waiting for the pies.
