Since I was in the area I decided to use my free meal. They have a card they will give you. Each time you buy a buffet they punch your card, there are five places to punch once you get to the six spot on the card the meal will be free. I have not been to this location in about 30 years. I use to live out in this area. Upon my visit the shopping center area was clean and well maintained. When I enter the restaurant I gave the manager my card, he was very friendly and professional. Then I ask him could they make me a personal meat Lover’s Pasta Bowl , he said that they didn’t do it. This caught me by surprise because I just ordered this at the Cicis Pizza location in Memphis, TN on Poplar Ave. He said they were a different franchise. I said okay, hopefully he was being honest with me. So I decided to make me a salad and I ask for some tomatoes and cheese . He said they didn’t have any. So I fix my salad and began to get some pizzas off the buffet. I went to the table and began to eat my salad , it was good. I started to eat my pizza and it didn’t taste good at all like the location on Poplar Ave in Memphis, TN. But I still ate it. Cicis Pizza have the same recipe so it should taste the same but it didn’t. The people was very friendly and the place was very clean. I also noticed that they have remolded and expanded the restaurant and it looked great. So hats off to them for the great look.The only thing that I noticed that needed to be done was the very bad chip red paint by the table by the large screen TV. Other than that it still was a ok good visit, besides the food tasted ok.

Came here because my son wanted pizza on his birthday. All the pizza was OLD. We arrived around 7pm and they were already trying to clean and put the food up. They close at 10pm. Waited an hour for them to put fresh pizza out and the pizza they put out were pre made and dried out on a rack. The only thing that was fresh was the to-go orders. We did have fun in their Arcade though. Still….I dont remember it being like this.

Went with my husband and two kids here. And the cashier at 5:42pm on Friday, December 5, 2025 overcharged me. We were paying for 4 adults. Which is 54 dollars and some change. And she charged me part on my card then 38 in cash but ended up overcharging me when their tap pay screwed up. I told the cashier it charged my card an extra 27.12 off my card rather than the 38 dollars plus 16.04 off my other bank card when she had me redo my card payments due to their systems messing up. So I still have a extra charge of 27.12 on my other card and their Hispanic manager there tonight would not correct the matter and the cashier instead of even with showing proof of her charges just pocketed the extra cash. And their manager fussed at my husband and myself. So this place and the employees are crooked.
It should have cost me 54 dollars and some change after 4 adults but I was charged a total of $81.16 for 4 adults instead of the 54 I paid with cash and them charging my other card due to the cashier kept messing things up after a payment was already processed!

I just want make a formal complain very disappointed I am door dashing with my daughter and I simply just wanted a water cup. The lady with the glasses refused to give me a water cup and they said the company doesn’t do or provide water cups. Simple water outrageous to me refusing water to customers I’ve never heard such a thing that’s why I’m complaining about it.

Stopped in with my son tonight and this location was extremely busy but the staff was doing a great job trying to keep up with the demand and the cleaning also have always liked this location and will continue to stop in when in the area with my kids

Showed up with my 3 yr old on 2/3/25 around 6:45pm. Walked in and the gentleman just stood at the register saying nothing. I assumed he was working on something on the computer so I also said nothing. After realizing he wasn’t doing anything but just staring at me I told him 2 buffets and the age of my child. He said nothing but the total and handed me 2 drink cups.
The food itself is extremely basic and mid. I get it’s an Italian chain but even Fazoli’s isn’t as bad and they’re an Italian chain as well. This was a short of the moment choice that I will definitely not make again.

This is a well maintained cici. The pizza supreme especially is well made.the salad bar is pretty good. Be advised that after-school is NOT a good time as a bunch of the parents bring the kids and the place is packed.

The pizza was hot and yummy, variety was great, the desert pizza was delicious and the salad bar was clean and the veggies were fresh. Good time for kids ! Huge arcade rooms with lots of games to choose from. We will definitely be back. The price is really good too!
