This morning I went for the first time in a long time to get breakfast. Food was cold, cheese sauce for the croissant was all over the bag versus on the sandwich. Sandwich was dry and bread was hard. My strawberry lemonade was watered down. I’ve never come to this location and had bad breakfast. Really never from wendy’s. I mainly did this review because of how watered down my lemonade was and when i picked it up it spilled so the lid wasn’t on securely.

I would give this place zero stars. My reason behind that is this. I just received my order through the drive though and truly I’m not very happy the only good thing that I seem to have gotten out of my meal is the soda. The quesò fries are so greasy it’s crazy. My JR bacon cheese burgers I got 4 of them are cold to the touch, by far the worst meal I have ever received from a Wendy’s. Customer service was awful the poor guy that took our order sounded as if he didn’t want to be at work at all. I am truly unhappy with the result. Health food and safety violation for give out cold food that could have bin sitting for god knows how long, get bacteria on the food it self. I will not be coming back to this location again few to the un-circumstances that occurred tonight on this Saturday 10, 2024 at 11:00pm also didn’t get a receipt after paying. Customer service seems to have truly gone out the window thee’s day.

If your order is correct, it is good! Always hot and fresh. The service is terrible. The lady working the drive thru never smiles or exchanges pleasantries. It would be beneficial to this location to implement some of what is taught at Chick-fil-A academy

The food is not the issue here. The food is always fresh and hot and delicious . But what I don’t like is that the staff focuses more on the drive thru than the front counter. If you go to the counter you can expect to wait about 10 minutes before your order is taken because everyone is scrambling to get the drive thru first and the customers at the counter just have to wait. I don’t think that’s right because it should be enough staff to handle both sides. This particular day that I was there it was like 6 or 7 of them back there but all of them were working drive thru

I ordered a burger with no tomato and a 10 piece honey bbq saucy nugs. I got a burger with tomato, a dollop of honey bbq on otherwise dry spicy nugs, not regular. I’d have written that off as them substituting because they didn’t have regular nuggets cooked, but they had to drop the nugs because they didn’t have any ready. My bar for fast food is pretty low, but they managed to get every item wrong at least once AND it wasn’t fast. Plus the place looked dirty through the drive through window. Guys, get your act together.

Check your orders before leaving the drive thru. I ordered, 3 biggie bags bcb. 1 plain. None were plain, 1 had lettuce, 2.had mayo and tomato. They were not busy.
