Ordered on doordash. Paid extra for direct delivery. Dasher had to wait on order and it still arrived cold. Dave’s double is the size of a child’s burger. Ordered 2 frostys and they were out of frostys somehow so they sent 2 lemonades instead (not even comparable should have just removed them from the order). There were no toppings or condiments on either burger. All over priced garbage. Mores so than the average fast food.

Delicious food. Try the new Italian Mozzarella cheeseburger. Love the spicy chicken sandwich. Very friendly staff. Tasty as always . The NEW LOADED NACHO BURGER IS a good choice.

Just ordered 23 minutes ago, told me to pull up to the front door, waiting on fresh chicken tenders. Waited again nothing no one came out with food. Had to back up to the drive through window. They missed our order and had to remake it. A 6 minute fast food turned into 30 minutes. Wendy’s in Ashtabula is horrible.

We didn’t even get a chance to order, no one seemed to be there. My husband went to use the bathroom and came out and said don’t order we’re leaving! The restroom was disgusting. When we drove around back, to leave, there were 5 employees out back smoking. I wondered why the parking lot was empty at lunchtime. I got my answer quick. If I could give it a lower rating than 0, I would! It’s a shame because I have always liked Wendy’s.

The drive thru can improve, but I gave five stars because of the staff. Morning shift drive thru person is always so nice and accommodating, say she’s been there about 11 years, she keeps me coming back I love her vibe and she gives great service. Breakfast is always fresh too

As of today 7/22/25 @ 5:20 I sat in the dive through in line for 15 MINUTES bc the lady at the drive through window had a friend there and was talking to her. And all I ordered was a large pineapple mango lemonade. Freaking ridiculous. This lady needs to be fired.

Ordered a 4 for 4, but I upgraded my fries to cheesy bacon fries and asked for spicy chicken nuggets instead. All they did was threw a piece of bacon and some shredded cheese on my fries. My cheese was hardly melted. And my burger was not warm at all.
