This place is not consistent with its quality of food at all. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this was the last straw. Yall know what you did. I ordered buffalo chips and they gave me rock hard chips with buffalo sauce drizzled on top. I also asked for a Hot Fudge Shake, three times. First they tried to give me a hot fudge cake. I repeated in the restaurant “hot fudge shake”. Then she proceeded to tell the kitchen to make me a “hot fudge sundae”. I said no a “hot fudge shake”. She said oh, apologized and gave me , what I thought was the requested “hot fudge shake” that I asked for three times. You could imagine my surprise and disappointment, when I arrived home with a freaking hot fudge sundae. I’m not saying don’t go there and eat. Just be sure to ask questions about the food quality before you order so you know what you’re paying for and what you’re getting. Maybe have them repeat the order for assurance and absolution!

The food was great. Just fantastic. Ample portions served exactly as I ordered. I’d would have given a higher review had it not been for the long wait. There were only three or four customers at the time I was there but it took almost 20 minutes to get my food. That’s not all that bad when you get fresh lynorepares food but the name of the place is “Speedy” Chef. No way could you go there on your lunch break and make it back to work on time. But if you have some extra time you should definitely give them a try.

Been eating here my whole life, the food is great, atmosphere is great, friendly staff, and a LOT of food to choose from! Their prices have went up some in the last couple of years. But still worth it! I love it here, and will continue to go for the good food and atmosphere!

Food was fantastic. The staff was confused about the hamburger steak with mushroom gravy special. I ordered exactly what the sign said. It came out without the gravy. Lady build the counter told me “that is extra”.

Speedy Chef lost my business. I’ve been a regular customer for over a year now and for sometime now the sign outside speedy chef has advertised hamburger steak plate for 5.99 on Tuesdays. My wife and i stopped on Tuesday Dec 23rd to pick uo 2 hamburger steak plates that we had called in to go. When asked to pay over 26 dollars we questioned them. Granted the sign outside still says 5.99 on Tueaday they responded that since it was a holiday they werent honoring the Tuesday night special. If i had to do it over i would have just let them keep the food and walked out. If this is how you want conduct business i will choose not to be a customer. Hope your family enjoys their Christmas with all the exrra money you made last night!

The crispy pork chop was topped with slaw which only made it a soggy mess.
Also, never order the loaded tots. They take crispy tots, only to put cheese on top then microwave it. A microwave kills any crispness of the tots leaving a starchy plate of cheese.

Food was great–hot and fresh! Service was great too. I wish they still had arcades working. My son was looking forward to playing some games but only thing working was toy vending machines. Same great food though-love the chef burger-a classic!!

We decided to try Speedy Chef thanks to all the rave reviews it tends to receive! We had a small wait considering how busy they were, but ended up getting our food within fifteen minutes of placing our order. To be honest, the food was not that great! It was average at best. The chicken had an overpowering seasoning that made it unpalatable. They also had no sour cream for the baked potato. It was a rather disappointing meal!
