The food was overall fine, everything that I expect when I visit a McDonald’s. Unfortunately the service was not great, there was almost no communication aside from pull up and here’s your food, despite having a nearly 10 minute wait for the food.
I ordered a 5 dollar meal deal and a happy meal for my son as a surprise. As I pulled out my husband checked to see if we had gotten the toy he’s been wanting and realized that we were not given a toy at all. Usually I would simply pull back through the line and try to get it rectified without leaving a review, but in the time it took to get our order the line had grown to more than 5 cars long, and we did not want to have the possible 30 minutes to wait.
I’m hoping to be able to get this rectified and have better experiences if I come back to this location in the future!
Edited to add: I was able to return to the restaurant the next day and get the missing toy. I have edited the rating to reflect this.

For a late night snack I eat a late dinner and this hits the spot, there are just enough french fries and the perfect amount of chicken apple slices to finish for dessert and the apple juice is perfect. I may be a grown man and I know these meals were designed for kids , right now I’m a kid enjoying my meal smiling at the little gift inside and thinking McDonald’s for a good snack. Healthy, happy and affordable.

I went through the drive through. I was served cold fries. I went back through the drive through and asked for fresh fries. They gave me more cold fries that they just put back in the fryer… So they came out extra Brown, extra hard and too hot. I just wanted some fries that were soft and freshly cooked. I did an online complaint and all I got back in regards was just something stating that they will further handle this with the store. No free fries for me or nothing.They just said they hope that I would come back. Well I have gone back to aMcdonald’s but I won’t be going back to that location!

For a reason they could not tell me, in the middle of the day last Sunday – they closed the lobby/locked the door. Even though I could see plenty of people inside – even a couple making out. So I went thru the drive-thru & ordered a Mocha Frappe. However, when I received my food it wasn’t given to me, when I asked for it they said “the machine is broken” but no one had told me that before giving me my food so I went without a beverage. Worst experience.

This place usually is good with speed and accuracy. Being one of the only 24 hr stores is nice. Today, the signs are lit and the store is dark. There is one employee who looks to be sleeping at a table and another who looks to be making herself food…. while cars are coming and going with no service. I paid through the mobile ordering and can not even try to get my order. Sat in the drive through for more than 20 minutes. Why even light up anything? Why not keep it closed on the app? Sheesh.

i have been to this location multiple times and usually have no issues except for this morning. all i ordered was a medium diet coke, a cheeseburger with no pickles and a small fry. there was already a huge line to start off but that’s alright i’m fine waiting.
i get my food after waiting 15ish minutes to find out my fries are cold, there are ONLY pickles and ketchup on my cheeseburger and no straw with my drink.
i work in food service and understand being understaffed but this was truly a disappointing experience.

The individual that was working the drive-through on Sunday, January 11 at approximately 11 AM was very rude. He rushed me to take my order and kept asking me if there are anything else that I needed is that we just listening to me give my order when I got to the window, his English was not very clear. I had to ask him to repeat what he was saying several times I gave my phone to pay for Apple Pay. I usually get a receipt. He just told me to pull forward to the next window if he would just slow down and speak clearly and listen to the individuals that are given their order life would be great. Customer service is everything had not been very vanished. I would’ve just got out of line.

Kind of funny, writing a review about McDonald’s :-P. Well, I’m impressed that the drive-thru is open relatively late… My only complaint is very small – I wish they always give you ketchup for the French fries, even without you asking… This is specifically for the drive-thru.

Cold fries, Extremely long wait in drive thru even with ordering ahead w the mobile app. I wish I could give this MCD a 0 stars. Every customer in front of me waited for at least 3-6 minutes. When I got to the front, they handed me my Big Mac meal with cold fries.
Luckily I checked the bag and asked them for fresh fries. She rolled her eyes at me and took them back without saying any apology. Brought me “fresh” fries in 10 seconds and said nothing else. They weren’t even fresh but I wasn’t going to ask again. I will NOT be back to this location. This was at 8pm so not a late night order either.
Horrible customer service & waste of $9 for a “meal”.

I had a mobile pickup for drive through around 1 am on a Saturday night. Nothing too special and I had used my coupon on the app for my order. I get to the drive through and there is nobody there at the speaker. I tried for a couple minutes and pulled up. They had told me they had turned off mobile orders. I had asked if I could get my same thing I ordered by showing my order on my phone and they replied yes. They had told me my new balance meaning I had to pay again. I asked for refund there at the window and they tried to show me how to get a refund in the app. I had asked why do I have pay for it again and why they couldn’t give me my paid order or override it. I’ve worked at Starbucks and we did that all the time if their order accidentally got picked up. I ended up paying a dollar more than I did. They couldn’t find it leaving me to pay twice. I finally found the cancel button in my app when home. But they were unfortunately rude and unprofessional. I know it was late at night but you should always help your customers.
